First time microblading at re.new. The ambiance when I arrived was so inviting and comfortable. Heather was lovely incredibly attentive and professional and explained my treatment and aftercare thoroughly putting me at ease. From the second walked in I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and offered a drink. While waiting for my appointment all the staff smiled and said hello as they walked past which was really nice to see. I went into my appointment with Emma and she was so kind and gentle and did an amazing shop of my nails for Valentine’s Day. I loved the atmosphere of Renew and would recommend it to anyone!

I was given a voucher for Renew as a gift for Christmas, I've never had a full body massage but I'll certainly be having one again!..Holly was wonderful, professional, warm and welcoming, the massage was very relaxing and so was the overall experience...highly recommended.

I've had many Indian head massages and regular massages now at Re:new with most of the therapists and they are always amazing. I suffer with achy upper shoulder and neck muscles and sometimes tension headaches and the Indian Head Massages really do help with symptoms. I had one last night with Holly and it was amazing, I fell asleep it was that relaxing! Thanks for always providing fantastic treatments. I would highly recommend Re:new! 🙂
