What can I say about Lou? She’s absolutely amazing! Went for the first time last week and had a wonderful facial and a Swedish massage. She really listens to you to find out what you want from your treatment.
I was at my son’s wedding at the weekend and I had so many compliments on how my skin was looking from all the young girls… how fabulous. Can’t recommend highly enough, will definitely be back

Today I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ellie. This was my first ever massage and I am absolutely OBSESSED! I felt so comfortable and relaxed and I’ve booked for another treatment. I have been coming to see Lou for a long time now for a 6 weekly facial since I moved to caterham! The first time I walked through the door I was a little nervous but Lou made me feel so welcome and relaxed! Just talking to Lou brightens your day! She is an absolute beautiful soul and such a knowledgeable, professional and caring therapist. Lou goes above and beyond to make your treatment exceptional. I often walk in feeling a little bit “meh” after a busy week and walk out feeling on cloud 9! I’m so grateful that I came across Renew With Lou I literally recommend her to everyone! I have been seeing Lou for about a year now and began seeing her for some facial treatments when I was going through chemotherapy and needed a bit of a pick me up - she did that and more! She really took her time in my initial consultation to understand my skincare needs and we’ve gone from there to me seeing her regularly.
She is passionate about skin care and also educating her clients on how to get their very best skin. She is both enthusiastic and knowledgeable but in a very down to earth way which puts you at ease.
I always mean to do a review for her but today’s treatment definitely needed one - I treated myself to the peace package which was 2 hours of bliss both on the body and senses. It was a combination of foot massage, back and shoulder massage and a facial (with a break in between for some glow tea!) I left there feeling so relaxed and pampered and am so grateful for all the zen she’s brought to me this past year.
