I had a wonderful back massage with Dominika on Saturday morning. Dominika started by asking if I had received a massage before. She discussed about pressure and asked me which pressure I would prefer. I personally, prefer a firm massage, and she obliged. The music was gently playing in the background, and the massage was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bonus with this treatment was.....it was FREE! I joined the gym at Renu in February with my daughter. The reward was because we went to the gym 12 times in 28 days! 3 times a week, we smashed it, so this was my reward!
We are both really enjoying the gym, and after a few weeks, we made another appointment to improve our routine and to keep us motivated!

This was the best hot stone massage that I had ever had. I have felt fantastic ever since! Katy-May is extremely skilled at being able to identify problem areas and treat them accordingly. I cannot recommend her enough!

Danielle is absolutely brilliant. Professional but also friendly, and makes you feel as relaxed as possible whilst having your treatment, even if the treatment is waxing ?

Renu goes above and beyond on giving you their very best service.
The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and always give you the very best advice. When you are having your treatment you feel pampered, indulged and come out feeling incredibly relaxed. I always look forward to my next visit.
