I had my first treatment experience with Renuvenate this morning. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand my needs. Every stroke was perfectly balanced between soothing and therapeutic, working out all the tension in my muscles. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been seeing the team at Renuvenate for the last couple of years. Stretch sessions, sports massages, and I did the cryotherapy a couple of times - Im no physiotherapist but I always come out of the appointment feeling much better than I did when I went in, so take from that what you will.
I just wish I had the time to go more regularly.

Humans are always quick to make complaints when we have a bad experience but never quick to give praise when we have a good experience so thought it was important to share

Impeccable customer service right from booking to post-session care, with every keenness to work around the customer’s needs. Was booked into a deep tissue massage followed by a cryo-facial. The masseur Dan is a qualified physiotherapist, which was reassuring; he did a good degree of work on my back, shoulders and thighs. I was surprised at how blissful I felt right after. The cryo-facial was a cold facial treatment and I saw the effect right after - a smoother, brighter face. I’m normally not a regular spa-goer (this was a birthday present), but now will definitely consider making more appointments in the near future. Overall, a flawlessly blissful experience!

Brilliant sports massage with Austin. 6 months postpartum with the usual back issues of a new mother, at the same time as having started back at the gym trying to push back up the weights and also preparing for hockey season, my back needed some serious tlc. It got it! Tension in my back was released and in a good place now to strengthen. Austin clearly knows his stuff and I was impressed. I loved the room too, very relaxing atmosphere.

I had an amazing personalised massage. I had lots of pain and tension in my neck shoulders and lower back.

I feel soooo much better now as Austin Josh really focused on those areas and the many knots there.

He also gave some advice on posture and things i can do at home to help those areas. Thank you!

This was booked for my son who is an Academy Football Player, he trains extremely hard and needed a recovery session to help rejuvenate his tired & achy muscles; he was not disappointed by Renuvenate.

Wow, what a fantastic experience : )

The full body massage, compression stockings, cupping and cryotherapy was definitely needed after a intense training session which left him leaving feeling relaxed and pain-free.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave great advice on self care for athletes & non athletes.

My daughter suffers from lower back pains, she tried the wet cupping, she was amazed at how she felt afterwards and has vowed to return for further treatment.

This is definitely something that we would recommend for all, what a fantastic service.
