Really enjoyed the Pod this morning. Very relaxing and James was very kind and explained how to use the pod very clearly. I was a bit nervous about the pod closing as I’m quite badly claustrophobic but it was absolutely fine. I felt safe and relaxed throughout. Thank you!

I have a 60 minute full body massage first. Grace is amazing. 😊 Then an hour in the floatation tank. I always fall asleep in there, so incredibly relaxing. I can recommend anyone to do the same. A very clean and tidy facility with a connecting café 👍

Was bought a floatation gift from my daughter and was extremely easy to book and arrange, was greeted by James who was very friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout the experience. Highly recommend this therapy to help you forget the world even exist for an hour, all the facilities are clean and easy to use. Body and mind gets a 5 star all round from me...

This was a unique and thoroughly relaxing experience for my wife and I. We'd come away from London to reboot in Bath and this was arguably the highlight of our stay. Many thanks to James for helping to book us in despite a short notice and tight schedule the day we preferred.

My OCD was put at ease with how clean the place was. The pod is state of the art and possibly the best float experience you can have.

It was so calming I dozed off twice in that pod.

Robes, slippers, drinks and a relaxing chair was on hand as you will see in the photos I've posted.

Oh and Issy, our massage therapist, was fantastic. The room temperature, music and lights were set perfectly for us. We had a 60 minutes full body massage each, which we both enjoyed.

I had the pod experience and it was like nothing i’ve ever done before. It was extremely relaxing, meditative and rejuvenating. James was an excellent host and everything was beautifully clean.

After a huge training schedule and heavy exercise session, James managed to book me in within 24 hours for an ice bath experience and Infrared sauna. I felt amazing afterwards & noticed the following day I had hardly any muscle stiffness or inflammation compared to my normal routine.
The facilities are clean and tidy and enough room for 2 people 👍🏼

Used the “recovery room” at results body+ absolutely amazing facilities and James was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the cold and heat therapy! Used both ice bath and infrared sauna and felt amazing after. 5* easy
