I gave up alcohol in January and to my disappointment my “system” seemed to be worse despite really working hard to nourish my body after all the abuse I had put it through. In trying to cleanse internally and struggling with IBS like symptoms I sought out a colonic. I had this done years ago (one session) and never really benefited or understood the mechanics of it all properly. I was extremely nervous about having it again, not being a fan of anything that might cause some sort of exposure of body parts! Having researched heavily I couldn’t ignore the numerous raving reviews here and booked the recommended three sessions (recommended through research not specific to Revive). Najma is very knowledgeable and you can’t help but start to develop an interest in just how everything works. I found her to be no nonsense which you kind of need when doing something like this (I definitely do) she was equally patient and reassuring with what I imagine was a lot more anxious individual than the norm. It seemed that I did have a stubborn gut and was effectively full of air so it took 6 sessions in total but the feeling when she got round to that last stubborn area was amazing, I felt like Tigger all bouncy and energised. If you haven’t had this before there is a strange feeling of unwell that sweeps over you when stuff starts moving, not nausea but just feeling overwhelmed and ill, I actually got to almost like the feeling because I knew that’s when the magic was happening! It does knacker you out to, be ready to want a nana nap later in the day!
Najma will advise re supplements and other dietary changes to help the process and these do work but not overnight so be patient and persevere. She doesn’t sell them and isn’t on commission for these supplements so you know the recommendations are genuine. Najma was also very accommodating with appointments, working outside “office hours” to ensure I could be treated within a time period that would be most effective. I can’t recommend her enough. Absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, passionate about what she does and really wants you to benefit from the treatment. I think I definitely made her work for her money and was probably a more difficult patient than most so had a bit of a challenge. I would also add that my reflexologist picked up on the improvements within my bowel and I never mentioned that I was having the treatment! So in short, really worthwhile treatment and I will be going back in about a year to hopefully maintain what I’ve started. If I could give any more stars I would 🤩
