My second tattoo laser session however my first with Ally at Revive! From being flexible with a hiccup in my travel plans, to the detailed aftercare advice…this was, controversially, a very pleasant experience. Unlike my first very painful bout, with albeit a very junior practitioner, Ally is efficient and confident in her work! I’m looking forward to getting back under the laser! Five stars!

Every time I come the staff are lovely. We have a good conversation. Treatment is amazing. They explain everything before they start and really helpful when explaining how to look after yourself skin once you’ve having and had laser removal of tattoo.

I had underarm laser at another clinic but it didn’t seem to work, so needed to another clinic. Ally was fantastic in guiding me on potentially why it didn’t work despite having 6 sessions (IPL vs ND YAG), so from that first conversation I knew this was a clinic that provided professional services. When I visited the clinic, it was equally professional and so clean! Before the 1st session of ND YAG laser, Ally took the time to talk me through the process, the timeline and guidance on how to take care of my skin afterwards. After the 1st session, the hair growth had already slowed to such a level that I could just tidy up underarm twice between sessions, which is 4 weeks apart. I’ve only got a couple more to go, but hardly have any growth, so discussed doing my legs as well. To further compliment this clinic, they also sell the facial products that I use, and once again Ally has been generous with her knowledge! Won’t be going anywhere else for any future laser and aesthetics services! Thank you, Ally and team!
