When we arrived it was just wow! Love the grounds and facilities very well kept to a high standard. There are the chickens, Ducks, Roosters that if they choose will come and see you. We saw little chick's in a pen in the middle their field with muma hen 💓we didn't go near to it. Next morning a Gull fighting with a naughty Heron trying to eat the fish in the pond. Took home some eggs too, having them tonight. Definitely be back!

In order to reach the Eurotunnel in Folkestone early the next morning, we stayed our last night in GB in this lovely B&B with a beautiful garden. The welcome was more than friendly and we felt very welcome. The room we had was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had a view of the garden. We were told in advance that our bathroom was located next to our room and we had to cross the hall, which we did not find a problem. The bathroom was also spotless and very large. The breakfast was very generous and tasty. The area where this B&B is located is simply beautiful.
We can highly recommend this B&B, which also has some small chalets to stay in. And, if you have a little more time, a visit to Canterbury is definitely worth it.

Had no idea what to expect but OMG what a place.|It was clean, bright and oh so comfortable.|I was in two minds as whether I should write a review as it may hamper future visits, because once people find this place (and it takes some finding l, don’t try this with sat nav!) |The place is full of character and is set in a beautiful spot.|The hosts were absolutely brilliant and there was a great breakfast with eggs so fresh we bought some to take home. I would not hesitate for a second about going back and if we are in the area we would definitely make it our go to place.

Place is amazing, beautiful scenery with large well kept gardens. spacious well equipped accommodation. Stayed here for my daughters hen weekend, we all had a wonderful time the hot tub was huge and the hens had so much fun. We booked breakfast at the main house before leaving which was great value and served in a lovely room for us all.

Best Guest house ever, Exemplary service from the hosts, spotlessly clean, stunning 7.6-acre gardens with free range chickens. Linen and towels were spotless and changed daily. Safe parking on site. Lovely gardens to walk in or just chill out. This place has everything for single, couples and families.|Don’t take our word for it give them a call and make a reservation, you will not be disappointed.|Beautifull location and very easy reach of Herne Bay, Reculver, Margate, Ramsgate and the jewel in the crown for us, Tudor Sandwich with is a must see. When there visit ‘Goats that Dance café’, Great food and drink and beautiful owner! Visit the Town hall museum and see the Magna Carta (Original).|

What a fabulous find. Stayed in the guest house. Stunning grounds, Everything spotless. Room had a small fridge that was very useful. We also had a balcony which looked onto the grounds. Freda & Jean looked after us extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent location for the surrounding area.
