I had an amazing experience at Reynolds Fitness Spa in Bexley! The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, and the facilities are top-notch. As a member, I throughly enjoy all the services provided and particularly the relaxing treatments offered, which are both rejuvenating and well provided by the friendly staff. Faye, my personal trainer, is exceptional and her guidance through my fitness journey is great. Recommending Faye if anyone is interested in personal training sessions. She always keeps sessions personalised with the ultimate aim of pushing your personal targets…then stretching them a little more. She is always warm, welcoming, friendly and will talk to you about anything. Faye has already transformed my fitness journey and I can’t think of anyone else who would push me on both a personal and professional level to the extent that she does. Really enjoyed my spa day here with my friend, gentlemen on reception was lovely and extremely helpful. The cream tea was way better than I expected we got to chose and we went for lovely brownies which were served warm. Treatment was also amazing and relaxing the spa overall was very clean and not too many people either. Will 100% be back.

A nice, quiet gym with great facilities. I have regular PT sessions with Faye, who is always conscientious and tailors my sessions to my needs. The spa is also fantastic and they offer a great range of treatments.

Absolutely love my P/T sessions with Faye! From the very first session she was so professional and discussed my goals and previous experiences with the equipment etc! 100% recommend

Came in for a circuit style class and had such a good time. I’d never done a class before but our instructor Faye had great variations, got us to work hard and made it really easy to get to grips with. Also a great playlist to exercise along to which made it even better.
