I went with my husband today and we had our coffee there. It’s just AMAZING the way it’s presented with that nice biscuit and the taste!!!! I love it so much. The gentleman from Spain called Angel who served us the coffee was super amazing. Thank you so much angel for making our afternoon. It’s really nice. We had a walk around and this please just amazing.

Perfectly tucked in the New Forest, this hotel provides everything you’d want for a weekend escape from the city buzz. It was our first trip with our newborn, so we booked the Walker Suite for extra space and comfort. Spectacular.
We used their indoor pool, which had children allocated times for us to enjoy with our baby. Very well kept.
Mention a side is the restaurant operation which is magnificent. From their lush Sunday lunch, to the wide range breakfast selection, I couldn’t fault anything. A cheeky glass of fizz in the lounge in front their lit up pond is something id recommend anybody to try.
The true secret of this place is the service and the staff though, who looked after us so well, and were kind at every single turn. Special mention to the Armada restaurant staff member Oliver, a true ambassador of 5-star hospitality.
I’ve been in hospitality for 20 years, and I can tell you: these people really care about you. Well done.

Wow what an amazing hotel in a lovely hidden setting .
Stunning buildings and the rooms certainly didn't disappoint. Lovely huge bed , everything you need in the room with a great choice of refreshments.
The staff are so friendly with perfect customer service making everyone feel special.
Breakfast was delicious and made even better by the absolutely brilliant Jerry who goes above and beyond with every guest .
We are very much looking forward to a return visit .

Incredible experience from start to finish in this truly unique hotel in the heart of the New Forest. The location is breathtaking, service faultless and hotel has so much character. Really nice touch that the hotel put a balloon, card and banner in the room when I mentioned in the booking notes it was my wife's birthday. Not something you get often. Dinner in the conservatory and breakfast in the Armada were brilliant.

The business trip was truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious, and the staff went above and beyond with their exceptional service. The location and hotel grounds were breathtaking, offering a unique experience surrounded by wildlife such as horses, deer, squirrels, and even a fox. It’s a perfect getaway if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary. The food was outstanding, and the overall service matched that level of excellence. While the prices are on the higher side, the experience is absolutely worth it.

27 ladies of the Barton Bees WI were treated to coffee, tea and mince pies at the hotel this morning. We had a marvellous time.|What an amazing place this is. The building, grounds, location and decor are spectacular and the Christmas decorations were the icing on the Christmas cake. But mostly we were struck by the warmth of the members of the Rhinefield team. Special mention must go to Deborah our assigned host and our honorary photographer who was super friendly and attentive. She treated some of us to a mini tour at the end. She knows her stuff. Again, a massive thanks to all at Rhinefield for making our Christmas meeting so enjoyable. Trisha x

We recently stayed at Rhinefield House and it was absolutely beautiful. We had a really special couple of days. The food was amazing and the building speaks for itself, it's stunning.||The really stand out thing though was the staff, they were so attentive, couldn't do enough for you. So well trained and all with perfect attitudes for the job.||We have been to all of the top hotels in the area including Rhinefeld 10 years ago but they have managed to evolve and are now I would say the best hotel in the area. ||Well done all the staff, you make it a wonderful experience to visit

I went to a Christmas Wreath-making afternoon. The venue was lovely. What was wonderful is that the event was run by 3 retired nurses for charity. So all ticket sales went towards the Lyndhurst food bank once costs for any supplies taken out. Rhinefield House Hotel gave the venue for free and supplies lovely cakes, coffee and teals and mulled wine for free as well. There were 33 of us having huge fun making wreaths with expert instruction. Thank you to the organisers and Rhinefield House for a lovely fun afternoon contributing to a good cause. My wreath is ready for my front door.
