I stayed at the Good Hotel London for my birthday. I wanted to treat myself to a spa experience the day so I booked the RI NU Spa at the Crowne Plaza. Wonderful experience, loved loved it. The ambience the treatments, the hot stones, head massage it was a perfect way to start my birthday. I’ll be visiting London again this year and the RI NU Spa experience is a must do.

The massage I had with my mum was great and we really appreciated that they went above & beyond to bring someone in on the day especially since it was her birthday, as one of the masseuses had called in sick.

Was really disappointed we had to pay an extra £20 surcharge for it being on the weekend, and didn't know this until the day of, we purchased through WOWCHER and this was never mentioned in the deal, when booking the massage via Ri Nu, or anywhere on their website as far as I can see., otherwise we would've chosen another day as already payed £130 for two of us to be there.

Also never got the bubbles that were advertised in the deal, but otherwise it was a good experience.

I booked the spa day for two via Wowcher unfortunately the people who do the massage are actually an external service from the actual Crowne Plaza hotel spa so it was impossible to communicate with them or fix their change of appointment time which they did twice before I went for my spa day. It really spoilt the birthday plans I had with my friend as we had to have our massage at two different times as only one therapist was available and the actual Crowne Plaza facilities were not very good, they need renovating and there was a refurbishment work happening whilst we were using the pool. Also very odd that the sauna is in the changing room and hot tub and steam downstairs. It's more like a community pool also as they run lessons and only 12-3pm is adult only time at pool so please be aware of this. I only have 2 stars because the actual massage was nice but otherwise very disappointing and absolutely poor customer service communication so I'd avoid booking through them.

Micky was wonderful during my massage today. She took her time and really went over my pain points but in a calm and gentle way. The spa also accommodates to my last minute appointment request. Would whole heartedly recommend these guys!

Massage was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. The use of the facilities were a nice bonus to the massage. The pool wasn’t busy for a Saturday, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and steam room. Will definitely be back.

This Spa is the worst ever we've ever dealt with! Do not book at all, service is absolutely rubbish. No one ever answers the phone. Due to arrive at the spa today for treatments and they cancelled last minute due to a supposedly staff sickness. Do not waste your time or money! Randomly contacted there contact number to be told they have spa massages going ahead today so they have clearly double booked. This is the second instance we've had with them where they have messed us around, first instance was we booked but contacted them to confirm the day before to be told our day wasn't booked into their system!

Our couples massage booked for my birthday was cancelled 10 minutes before we were due to start. Reason being staff sickness. Having read the below reviews this is not uncommon. I'd be conscious travelling far for this, as it seems there is a pattern ongoing for cancellations.
