I have been going to Rituals for a few years now. The ladies are always very friendly and welcoming. I normally have my nails done with Alice, we always have a good chat and she recommends great products not just for nail care but skin care too.
It is always best to book way in advance as these girls get extremely busy and booked up.

I have been going to Alice for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my waxing! She is the best! I am always greeted with such a warm welcome. They are extremely helpful, friendly and professional in here and I would 100% recommend 🙂

I called to see if I could get an appointment for my nails to be done, I have never been to this salon before but the reviews was good so I called to see if they could help me. I needed an old set of nails taking off and new ones applied, the lady I spoke to for me just felt like she wasn’t interested at all in my custom because as she put it she didn’t work with drills. I wasn’t asking her to use a drill and I explained that if I could get them taken off elsewhere could she fit me in either in a weekend of one evening as I work till late. To this she said she wasn’t free untill February!!!! I just felt that she was fobbing me off and didn’t want to help me. As a potential new client I don’t feel the warm welcome that had been described in past feedback. So I personally wouldn’t recommend this salon and would just say that maybe think about how how you want to be perceived to new clients. I went on to get an appointment with a really lovely salon in town who was more than happy to help me.

Really awesome facial care! I’ve had the lumieyes treatment along with peels, and regular facials here, for about a year. I can see a real difference, get compliments and feel better in myself! Ellie provides a bespoke facial depending on my skin concerns, which were eyebags and fine lines, and getting a healthy glow. I’ve never been anywhere I’m analysed and offered technical real solutions that work, as opposed to cleansing and a mask. Absolutely loving the results! Thank you 🙂

I've have been visiting Ritual's Health and Beauty for many years and booking Ellie for regular sports massages. She is always extremely professional and her massages are superb. Being in the personal training industry my muscles are always really tight and Ellie never fails to make me feel looser and improve my mobility. She is very knowledgable and often gives advice and explains the root of the issue.
