This afternoon I purchased a lovely smelling car air freshener, with refills. When I got to the car to use it, the box had no air freshener in it!

My sisters (who were with me when purchasing the item) went back to the store to rectify the situation.

However, the sales team not only laughed at them, but denied ever serving us!

They claimed that they would have checked the box to see if it was in there (suggesting we had lied). If only they checked the cameras to see if their sales staff actually checked the box or that we had even been served at all!

Thankfully, customer service rectified the situation.

Popped in today with my daughter and partner for them to have a look around. We received a really nice, warm welcome from the young lady, offered me a tea and a chance to try the scrubs at the sink. Also spoke to me about some of the products. Well done and thanks.

Had an extremely poor experience today at the Lakeside store. The older lady working there was rude, condescending, and became argumentative during our interaction instead of trying to help or resolve the situation.

Other customers even commented on how rude she was being, which made the experience very uncomfortable. This is especially disappointing as I’ve always had great service at other stores in the past. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be visiting this store again.

Staff clearly need better customer service training.

Visited on Friday and were looked after by Joe, who patiently explained about the Samurai beard oil and salt scrubs. He happily let me smell the scrubs so I could find one that wasn't overpowering and then encouraged me to try it at the water island. Totally hooked! And I left with a bag of goodies. A great experience 🙂
