Called in this morning for a deep tissue massage and luckily enough not too busy, they fitted me in. Received an hours full body massage from Kim, I had problems with stiffness in my back and neck. Came out feeling so relaxed and more flexi. Excellent work many thanks

Great customer service, got a quick appointment which was very much appreciated as I had a very painful muscle problem pop up in my shoulder. Patharin gave a 10/10 deep tissue massage and completely smoothed out the huge knot I had. Would highly recommend and will be back again when in the area. Thankyou so much for easing my pain ?

I booked my appointments via phone call on 30th July for the next day which is 31st July 2:30pm.I booked appointment for my mother and i visited the salon on 31st July 2:30pm with my 11 months old baby. As soon we as enter they asked cash of 55 pounds per person and i paid the Cash. My mom went into the massage room and i took my baby and came out to get baby bag which i left in the car. It was scorching sun outside where it was 30 degree and when i came back and knocked the River kawai door the person who opened the door said she cant let me in and my 11 months old baby inside as its against policy and the owner would scold them. I told them you SHOULD HAVE TOLD ALL THIS WHEN I PAID YOU 55 POUNDS IN CASH .The sun was so scorching and baby head was hot and these people still dint let us in and two employees were having a debate inside the room where i can see from the transparent door. And mom came out and asked if your policy is not letting babies and mother sit in the waiting area you should have let us know earlier so that we wouldn't have come all the way .Such a freaking poor service. Worst ever experience

I have try recently on 26.04.2024 for the first time this Thai massage and I have to admit was very Pro. Im experiencing shoulder pain and some back pain and I need to go back to lift my beloved 46kg dumbels for shoulder press and after a 1 session I can feel 50% better improvement of my shoulder movement, I had a full body sport massage, I fully recommended this massage studio, thanks a lot Thomas.

Following my negative review I was contacted by the Manager and offered a free massage, my Wife has since returned to River Kwai and has nothing but positive feedback, massage was very good, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with some great advice, Well done for redeeming yourself River Kwai,

I booked a head and shoulder massage for my Wife for a Mother's day present, turned up on the day and time booked but the booking hadn't been added to the diary so was turned away, on booking over the phone they also insisted that all payments were cash only, I use the word insisted but I would say more like demanded, my advice, go somewhere else for a massage.
