Stayed for one night to go to an event at the pub a few doors down.
The room was immaculately clean.
Breakfast really good.
The manageres was absolutely brilliant who clearly works very hard to keep this establishment as if it was her own. We would definitely go back.

Great little BnB. The room was small but thoughtfully set out, clean and tidy. Nice little ensuite bathroom. Bed was a little hard for my taste but that is just me.
Breakfast was lovely, typical English, went down well.

As expected small rooms, but good value, helpful staff. Super clean and tidy. |Would happily stay there again|No parking. Across the river (a 100 metre walk) is a mixture of paid and free parking, and it's not expensive. |Happily to stop there again.

We had a very pleasant one night stay. Room immaculate, great shower. Our room overlooked the river Welland. So close to Spalding Town centre. Warm welcome when checking in. Would return if in area again.

We travelled from Scotland for a 1 night visit, easy to find, very clean and comfortable room, breakfast was outstanding and the host was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. We called 10 mins before we arrived and was met with a warm friendly welcome. Ideal spot near the town centre and local attractions

Great central location and very clean and tidy. Full English breakfast was also spot on, cooked to order. The owner was really friendly too so I cannot fault this place at all.
