We had the pleasure of staying here in September 2023. The host Carol is an absolute pleasure to know. The room, we had had a lovely countryside view and was so quiet and clean. Our breakfast was amazing. He ordered a small breakfast and struggled to eat it (he managed it though as it was so lovely). I mainly had eggs for mine - fresh from the chickens on the garden - you must have Carol's scrambled eggs - gorgeous. Carol is the most accommodating host and so helpful. Loaning us books and maps and ideas of places to visit. A most pleasurable stay.

Just stayed here and would have liked to have given it a 10 🌟 review. It's excellent. Accommodation superb, host cannot do enough for you. Beautifully presented rooms with lovely view in the back bedroom. En-suite is of the highest quality. Good size beds, clean rooms, superb selection for you breakfast with fresh eggs from the hens. Our family recently stayed at Riverside B & B Lavant. From the point of booking over 8 months ago Carol was most helpful with not only our booking but also recommended places for us to get an evening meal. On arrival we received a warm welcome our room was luxurious with lovely decoration, bedding and toiletries and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, all dietary requirements met and a good hearty breakfast and lovely eggs from Carol’s chickens. We went to the Goodwood Revival and Mick very kindly dropped us at the track and collected us at the end of the day, great service. A really friendly warm welcome at the Riverside will certainly be back and would highly recommend beautiful setting overlooking fields. Thanks for a really lovely stay Carol Mick Woodie and Molly. See you next year.

Highly Recommend, will not disappoint!! 2nd Year in a row I've been back here to stay and what a pleasure! Stayed in another of there rooms this year (nick named the Laundry room ;-)) & just felt like luxury, had everything we could need. Bathroom and shower is particularly nice & makes you feel like your in a 5 star hotel suite! Beds very comfy and linen used is very soft on your skin. Great off-road parking, walking distance (25mins) to entrance Gate 4 of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, which we were attending, but Carol or hubby will also drop you off near the entrance which is amazing service!! 100 yards from a "The Earl of March" classy pub / restaurant which we had great food! nice steaks!! or the "Royal Oak" (6-7 min walk) Carols full cooked Breakfasts are also really nice, sets you up for the day! Even left my shirt in the wardrobe & posting it back to me! This really is one of the best B&B places I've stayed at in West Sussex, The perfect hosts, cant do enough for you. Thanks Carol...Matt
