A well located, clean room that was perfect for our trip. Comfy bed and a really lovely shower! Great buffet breakfast lots of choice and all really delicious. Friendly staff and helpful. We were able to park behind the B&B early too, which was very handy. Highly recommended.

I ve been involved in hospitality for 20 years so i know what’s what |Extremely clean and well presented with a Eastern European flavour |Not a complaint more a matter of report to the owner when we stayed Room 1 the carpet was very new which had an overpowering new smell particularly after the room had been shut up. |For a premium price of £125 per night the breakfast was not of premium quality and this needs to be addressed |Pre heated breakfast not great, cheap bacon, anemic looking sausages and scrambled egg not great lacking quality |I would have expected decent bacon not crisp streaky bacon which had more fat than meat and a choice of eggs not just scrambled, the sausages were barely cooked, would suggest fresh milk not UHT |The staff were attentive during breakfast and this place has a great location for walking into the City

We loved our stay here despite some initial concerns beforehand. It turned out to be an excellent experience. Car parking was easy, the room (3) was large and beautifully presented and the bed was very comfortable. The view along the river is attractive.||The bathroom is large and there is lots of space around the sink to put various lotions and potions, toothbrushes etc. ||Everything is beautifully clean and maintained in an excellent condition. ||The selection of cooked food at the buffet breakfast is a bit more limited than in many places but perfectly aceptable and the quality of the food is excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.||The local walks along the river bank are relaxing and it is an easy walk to the city centre and cathedral.||We intend to come back next year, and hope that the reasonable prices and high standards are maintained.

A nice hotel, well located for everything you'd want to visit in Ely, and free convenient parking. The room (2) was spacious and clean with a limited view to the river being on the ground floor. Breakfast was more limited than expected but food was good. A good choice of gluten free cereals, but no GF bread or rolls which was disappointing.

Beautifully appointed guest house on the riverside about 10 minutes walk from Ely cathedral and the town centre. If you book direct you can get free onsite parking. The rooms are immaculately clean and styled in keeping with the building. Breakfast is pleasant but limited choices and not really a traditional English breakfast- unless crunchy streaky bacon and lukewarm scrambled eggs are your thing. It's lovely to have a clean place however I prefer not to have someone fastidiously cleaning the breakfast buffet area when I'm still eating. Overall recommended.

Great location, within walking distance to Ely cathedral. Breakfast was great, cooked breakfast and a good choice of cereal, bread, pastries and fresh fruit. Bedroom was spacious, and we had a lovely view. Bathroom was lovely and the towels were lush! Staff were friendly.

Did not like self check-in - the only human contact throughout our stay was the young lade serving breakfast. We do like a human relationship when staying at a B&B.|Location and room were first class - the latter was very clean and had good facilities other than a TV which would not let you access some terrestrial channels (room 3) - needs looking at. perhaps an information book in the room would be helpful - even a TV handbook?|Breakfast was nice but not impressive - we were first down at 8.45am and the hot food had clearly been standing there for 45 minutes - not very warm as well. For a Sunday it might be good to ascertain the night before what time breakfast would be taken.|Car parking - to charge £10 plus fee for a somewhat grubby parking area with gravel where cars [ark but muddy surface in front - the charge is a bit rich based upon the room charge.|Would we stay again? Loved location and room. We would stay but not pay for parking - park around the corner for free.|In summary, a very nice a room and location, breakfast could be much better - we would get up earlier as we like freshly cooked hot food

The room was tastefully decorated, and the bed was big and comfortable. |Lovely smelling sheets and towels, the parking was a bonus and we both enjoyed our breakfast.|The location was great, really enjoyed are stay, right on the river. |However, The room wasn't big enough to warrant two big armchairs, thus leaving no floor space for our bags, the telly was too small, and on the side of the wall, making it impossible for us to read the subtitles. I would recmmend this place, it was easy to check in and the breakfast room was pretty and staff were lovely
