A lovely place to go for a walk along the river, very peaceful. The marina is great for a look around several interesting shops and lovely for eating or a relaxing drink whilst looking out at the boats and birds

One of my favourite places to walk. Taking the public footpath to the lock and walking along the bank of The River Lark beside Isleham Wash. All I could hear was the sound of wild fowl and few barking dogs. Bit bleak today as no sun but very peaceful.

We wild swimmers do not go onto the Marina but the locals stop to chat to us..wonderful atmosphere..great parking..lovely swim but not super deep..lovely willows on the embankment..💕

A very pleasant place to visit and stay. It's located just outside the historical village of Isleham but it didn't have many facilities. No cafés or shops that I could see.
