Avoid booking rooms with them, it's a scam! I've booked a room from them on booking.com and the same day for I have booked I've received a message from them to pay 50£ damage deposit through the link they gave me. The whole conversation was on booking.com and since I haven't paid damage deposit before I fell into that trap. Just minutes after I have paid I have received a message that because of unseen circumstances they can't accommodate me anymore. Of course I couldn't reach them on the phone and they weren't answering the message when I was just asking when would I get my fee back. Booking.com wasn't very helpful either, they've said because of their profile they say they are refunding the deposit in two weeks, I should wait for a month because it can take time with their bank. And they are still there on the site scamming people with these deposits. It's almost a month gone now and I've still haven't received the money back (I'm pretty sure I won't either, except if my bank provider will dispute it for me).
I have to add now, I've realized it was "Green Park house" on booking, but it's through the same company -City living apartments.

Absolutely hideous 50 minutes before booking get email telling us booking bein cancelled due too maintenance. Took deposit the day before travelled up from London ended up cutting trip short thanks alot Riverside Park House customer service is appalling .

MUST AVOID!!! Found used condoms on the bed. The hygiene condition is in remote to a basic guest room standard. The customer service is a total scam. MUST AVOID!!!
