Clearly a lot, are upset but my room 21 on 2nd floor was clean yes there was stains on the wall x1 but the lady who cleans every day is superb, I looked at one of the rooms she was cleaning if I left a room in that state clearly some people have no shame.| The rooms where cleaned everyday to a high standard the white fluffy towels of a good quality, the bathroom was cleaned everyday , and extra shower jel and shampoo added so they are trying to give it a better outlook for a better clientele | Unfortunately I think some clients dont appreciate how hard she works to maintain a certain standard. | TV and tea and coffee facilities are pretty good, you just have to ask, the buisnessmen that use it look after their surroundings as they respect, a nice room very warm and no matter what anyone says the staff at Spar are lovely

The pillows were dirty, had someone else’s hair on, had makeup on them and dried blood.
The room smelt damp and you could see the mould seeping through the walls. The sheets were dirty too, that bad I started to become itchy all over and even found some bugs in our bed and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
Not only this the carpets were stained and the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
We left after just under 2 hours.
And the staff at the Spar were rude and not willing to help resolve anything.
Do not waste your money on staying here.
It’s probably a health hazard.

I stayed here the night before an Irish dancing competition I only booked here as there was no litterally no other hotels avaible in the area as they had all sold out. It is rather odd that have to check in at the service station. When you first walk into the hotel it is simply disgusting the floor is covered in what seems to be bird poo and the flooring is not even. The rooms where actually okay however carpet stained and a there was stains on the wall where it looked like a previous guest had been sick up the wall. If the cleaniness could be sorted it actually would be a lovely little hotel. It was fine for us for 1 night but I wouldn’t want to be staying any longer.

It's evident that there's been a bit of an disaster here evidenced by the tornup floor coverings in the foyer and corridor, The beds are clean and comfortable. There's slight damage to the walls in the rooms that need attention. Shower area clean but toilet holder hanging off the wall (room 4) and in same room plus 8 the TV cabling is hanging out of the wall fitting. There is evidence of smoking as there is cigarette burn on the carpet. Check in is a bit odd as one has to walk over to a Spar dealership!
Despite all that my stay was peaceful.

Having seen a photo of the rubbish and debris in the foyer, I can confirm that 3 weeks later it still hasn't been swept up - still the same rubbish. Our room had lots of dirty marks on the walls and a handprint. We had to go to the shop to ask for extra pillows as only one per person. There were two towels but had to ask for a hand towel also. I wished I'd asked for a fourth towel to lay on the bathroom floor after having a shower. I would suggest bringing your own hairdryer as the one in the rooms are the sorts that stop every now and again due to overheating.||Not sure how people get around the smoke alarms but we smelled cigarette smoke quite often in our room, even with the window shut.||The bathroom was fine although takes a while for water to go down in the basin.

1 flat pillow, no coffee in the room, the duvet just covers the bed, and the toilet hardly flushed. But I probably got what I paid for. Just been mindful cash vs. comfort (amenities), etc.||Mattress was ok, so I slept OK. Room was clean, just bathroom attention to detail needed bits. You do get towels though.

Extremely dirty carpet in the room
Walls tathered, dirty, scratched with paint peeling off and signs of damp...
A lot of humudity in bathroom and the room itself, the towels wouldn't dry at all, so if one had a shower in the eve, one had no dry towel to use the next day. Also, one towel per person? If we received one bath towel and one hand towel, that would have solved the issue.
Kettle was burnt inside, so it was impossible to cook water for tea or coffee (by the way, no coffee sachets, just tea bags) as the kettle produced mud-like water. Luckily I managed to catch house keeping lady who swiftly replaced our kettle with one from ...another room (hopefully these guests didn't end up getting the dodgy one...)
Overall cleaness of the room left a lot to be desired with a fair amount of dust everywhere.
Also, I didn't like having to check-in at the Spar/petrol station counter as, with one staff member at the till, I had to wait until all petrol station customers get served first. Not the guy's fault, he was doing his best, honestly. But there should simply be more staff at the promises.

We arrive at the location and the place was a mess. There was stuff all over the floor. Floorboards we’re up. Then we got to the room there was mold all in the shower and the floor of the shower was severely dirty. There was also shouting and screaming upstairs with banging as well. I had to call the police as it didn’t sound pleasant. It was somewhere I did not feel safe staying at and checked out within maybe a hour of being there if that. I would like a full refund. I should not have to pay for a place I did not feel safe in and had to check out of. AWFUL DO NOT BOOK
