What a FABULOUS salon!
A massive thank you to the amazing ANTONIO & the rest of the team at RMUK. What can I say? Antonio understood the brief & perfected my hair! (I have been to many hair salons in London and have spent hundreds, and hair stylists there have never achieved what I was looking for). Antonio is incredible & I would highly recommend him.

I'm half asian with naturally dark brown/black hair, for years I have struggled to find a hairdresser who could transform my hair with a balayage making it looked sunkissed with golden tones (think JLO or Negin Mirsalehi) but Antonio transformed my hair that day, and for 1000% whenever I am back in the UK I will be booking Antonio.

The whole salon is stylish, modern and gorgeous too. I love the mini bar, sofa and outdoor seating area - what a lovely salon.

The haircut was not like the pictures I had shown. I wanted face framing pieces that blended in nicely with my hair. However the haircut I got doesn’t blend in with my hair and the hairdresser took too wide a section. Because I asked for my hair to be blow dried curly I did not notice this until after I had gotten home and had it straight. Attached are the inspiration picture vs what I got. Very different.

Amazing overall experience here from kind and attentive staff to comfortable ambiance and both Tim and Massi are masters in their craft. Coming from a negative experience in Leeds they have turned it all around so I no longer panic when having my hair cut, styled, and highlighted. I'm from the US so colors and some terminology is different here but they both listen and truly want to make sure you leave happy.

I have finally found a salon & hairdresser that totally gets my hair and my concerns. I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Rachel was so kind and respectful and really transformed me in that chair. My haircut has boosted my mood and I have enjoyed it so much this week. Louise has never failed to have my hair is order. Especially after a previous hairdresser ruined my hair. Also recommend her to me friends too. She is AMAZING at her job and is a beautiful soul xx

I came here because of the Google reviews. I must confess that this is probably one of the best experiences I have had at a salon other than in my own home city (Minneapolis, MN, USA). The first time I arrived, they’ll take care of your jacket and check you in. I had Tim take care of my hair. He’s a joy to speak with and I felt very welcomed. I was looking for guidance in what to do with my hair and his expertise shined brightly. I did a cut and blow dry. I shared my concerned that I wanted to change my highlights more to a natural state. He recommended I book an appointment with Massi.

I came back a few days later and also booked a wax appointment with Anna. Again, I shared my thoughts about what I wanted with my hair and Massi took great care of my hair. The before and after is night and day. There’s also a dog named Cookie (I think) and she sits on your lap while you get your hair done. It’s so fun!

I also got a Brazilian wax from Anna. She’s very nice and she makes it quick and painless as possible.

The salon is gorgeous and modern. There are multiple floors and a place to wait for your next appointment. They have assistants to ask if you want something to drink.

These stylists definitely know what they’re doing and I wish they had a branch in the US. Regardless, I’d fly here just to get my hair done in a heartbeat. Thank you for the expertise, the warm welcome, and making me feel like another regular.

I’ve received services from quite a few employees at RMUK over the years and they have all been fantastic. However I was suppose to get a wax done with Daniella (first time) and was instantly taken back by her lack of professionalism. For context, I called to let the receptionist know I will be 10 minutes late. As soon as I arrived I sat in the waiting room for an additional 10 minutes until Daniella came out. Without introducing herself or saying hello she popped her head around the corner and was quick to say “because we are 20 minutes into the appointment I won’t be able to do the full service”. If she had executed that differently I would’ve been completely fine to reschedule considering I was 10 minutes late after all, however she was rude and condescending. Considering she is trusted by many customers with quite a private service (hollywoood/bikini wax) I think she needs to understand the responsibility she holds to maintain professionalism and make customers feel comfortable. You never know why your customers are running late and you are in every right to ask them to reschedule, but to meet them with attitude is unacceptable. On a positive note the lady at reception was lovely.
