We chose this accommodation after reading the great reviews and weren’t disappointed!|Lovely location and fantastic parking. |The suite was very clean with TV and bath. Many people mention the milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. |The bed was easily the most comfortable we have had. |Good Chinese takeaway and chip shop not far away either. |Will stay here again.

This is a very special place. We stayed in Thyme Cottage - it is a large family space with so much room & with a lot outside spaces & fabulous views. I have called it special because of those but also for the little additional touches - blankets so you can cozy up on the sofas, little bottle of milk when you arrive & cafetière coffee. Oh, and they provide dog towels!! From the suggested pubs we went to the Hotham Arms - great food, friendly staff, & lovely place. Food service was quick but getting their attention was a little difficult but this would only be an issue if you were in a hurry or on a time limit.

We were a mixed group of lady cyclists plus support staying for one night. We booked Thyme Cottage, an apartment and a log cabin. This was perfect for us. The cottage has enough space for us all (7 of us) to relax and breakfast together. The space (inside and out) is much bigger than expected. All the rooms are beautifully appointed and the kitchen in the cottage is very well equipped. Very homely and comfortable. Beautiful views. Jeanne is a lovely lady - very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely weekend here. Trip away with partner and our dog. Family in the local area and wanted to be near the coast. Lovely clean cabin with everything we needed for a 2 night stay, yea, coffee. cereal and biscuits. Great welcome . . Lovely touch with some dog treats, towel and a bowl ensuring everyone was welcome. Good communication and spoke to the owner while there, very friendly. Some road noise but it didn’t really bother us at all. Lovely stay

We stayed here just before Christmas - we needed a last minute place to stay after family we were due to stay with tested positive for Covid. They were so quick and responsive and then so kind in ensuring a cot was ready for our youngest and making our children feel at home. It was very homely, even with a Christmas tree up and decorations. Our children loved meeting the horses and we had a lovely stay. Thank you so much.

Lovely place to stay, although a main road goes passed not that noisy. Well decorated cottage we stayed in on suite shower from the large bedroom. Large kitchen diner and large lounge. Kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher also a fridge freezer. Very clean and tidy.
Nice homely feel. Lots of rabbits to watch in the field. Definitely worth a stay. They have log cabins and other cottages and apartments

Very friendly welcome. We stayed in the 2-bed cottage with another couple. Fantastic kitchen & lounge. Views across the fields superb. Very relaxing. No breakfast available now, but cereal, bread, milk, jam, butter provided for us to make our own. Good sized fridge & microwave so easy to cater for ourselves. Would definitely return 😎

Excellent accommodation for two for a few days swanning around in East Yorkshire. They've thought of everything, including a little worktop hot plate if you need one.

Very good for Beverley, good for York, we aim to use it again when we visit friends.
