Honestly the best massage I have ever had!
Michael was so warm and welcoming and I felt instantly calm in his company. He takes pride in what he does and really takes his time to understand your needs and how he can help. I had an extremely tight and painful shoulder and just after one day it had improved so much! I will definitely be coming back and would strongly recommend if you want an incredible experience!

I had my first session with Michael yesterday and woke up today feeling amazing!
Before starting, we spoke about my issues and what areas to focus on. He was very thorough and paid close attention to issues in my neck and shoulders. There's still a way to go till I'm completely knot free but I can't wait for the next session as I feel more at ease after just one.

The treatment room is cozy, warm and a relaxing environment with great smells. After the session, Michael sends you off with a delicious cup of herbal tea too.
The whole experience is definitely worth the money and I can't wait to go again!

Over the years I have been to many massage therapists. After my therapist left the practice I used, I searched to find someone who was as good and understood my body. After many failed attempts I found Michael. He gets me and my knotty shoulders, he totally understands exactly what I need and always tailors my massages to give me the relief I need. He is so caring and professional and really knows his stuff. I come down from Sidcup because he is so good. Always feel completely rejuvenated and never experience any after effects (ie bruising) which I have had from other therapists. I have recommended him to lots of people and will continue to do so. This was an amazing experience. I had the Indian head massage and the full body massage and I walked away feeling like I was on a cloud. Michael was so attentive to where I needed the massage to take the longest based on how knotty I was. I have had my first massage with Michael. I was a little apprehensive because my only interaction with him had been to book the massage via WhatsApp. I needn't have worried. He put me at ease as soon as he arrived and talked me through the massage beforehand so I felt totally at ease and knew what to expect. A major plus point for me was that he told me it was totally customised to what I wanted and needed which was music to my ears. I have had too many disappointing massages where the pressure hasn't been what I wanted, the areas that bothered me were just skipped over and I was too shy to say anything....not this time! Suffice to say it was an incredible massage that left me feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be making this a regular part of my self care. Thank you Michael 😊
