We know Rocklands well as we had a caravan there but we have never stayed in the apartments. First the view and terrace was stunning inside the apartment was open light and spacious. All the facilities you would need for a stay, sparking clean and very comfortable.
Joan is very welcoming and accommodating host. We will definitely be back. The whole site is wonderful with views out to France, it is truly is a gem.

Just arrived home after a weeks holiday at Rockfords . Lovely and peaceful very, very clean with all amenities you need for a self catering holiday ! Views are to die for and a plus is owners live on site any problems sorted immediately! Wasn’t going to write a review as I wanted it as my little Gem and nobody else’s !!

A lovely, well equipped apartment in a peaceful setting with a great sea view. Very helpful and friendly hosts who have thought of everything you could need. On the edge of Hastings Country Park and within walking distance of Hastings Old Town.

We stayed in one of the fabulous apartments at Rocklands. We stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments ( there were also one bedroom apartments and a penthouse) Wonderful views in all directions both of the sea and the well kept gardens. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Lots of little extras to make our stay easier. Joan, the owner was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly go again, especially if we could have the glorious weather we’ve just experienced 🌞🌞🌞

If you want to totally chill and relax, this is the place to be. We spent a week here in a one bedroomed apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea. Everything was perfect, from the moment we arrived and welcomed by Joan we knew we had made a great choice. Spotlessly clean apartment with everything that was needed for a weeks stay. The weather was excellent, so sitting on the balcony in the mornings watching the local fox arrive for breakfast was just wonderful. Thank you Joan and the team, we will definately be back.

Our fifth stay at Rocklands! We love it here. The apartments are well appointed and spotless, it's peaceful and quiet and the sea views are fabulous. Joan and Cathie make booking really easy and are on hand during your stay. We'll definitely be back again!

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Rocklands.
The whole experience was faultless!
We had a lower floor apartment with a spacious patio area with the most stunning view. The apartment was immaculate like a home from home experience, very comfortable and modern facilities. Complementary tea, coffee and milk for our arrival which was a very nice touch.

Joan the owner was very polite and welcoming, she took the time to show us around and was happy to help us with any questions.

The apartments are situated in a peaceful location with a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Only a short walk into Hastings town with some more pleaseant views along the way

Perfect stay and we would happily stay here again.

Great apartments , lovely views and spotless. Milk etc all provided for a welcoming stay. Beds comfortable . Thanks to Joan and staff for all the care. Private gate so no noise . All items in the kitchen to make it easy if you want to cook but lots of lovely places to eat in Hastings and surrounding areas.
