Absolutely perfect from start to finish. 5 stars are not enough. Stayed in the Foxglove lodge bed was the comfiest I have slept in, all the amenities in the lodge are top notch. Gary and shanna have really thought about what couples need to reconnect with each other. The spa was so relaxing. Beautiful gem of a hideaway. Can't wait to rebook xx

Second time visiting this little place.
We have realy enjoyed both visits.
Loved the wood fire hot tub!. Very efficient!.
The goats comeing to make sure we where up and out was very funny! Especially as we where not!.
Lovely locally sourced food for our breakfast hamper.
The hut keeps in the heat realy well and so dose the hot tub.
Thankyou very much for dealing with all our requests! So well.
We will be returning at some point.

Had a lovely stay at kingfisher lodge.
There was a mix up on dates (there fault) they gave us a full refund. Was such lovely people to talk to.
Hot tub was the perfect size for two people.
Very quiet area which is what we needed.
had a lovely visit a few times from there dog Tucker (we are massive dog lovers any way)
Over all we have a lovely stay away Would definitely recommend staying.

Had a fabulous 3 night stay in Bluebell Lodge.
The owners ensure that they present a nice and clean environment upon your arrival and Gary ran through all details of how to work hot tub and helped us with local dining and shops etc.
All in all if you are looking for a lovely quiet out of the way quirky, romantic hideaway for a break then you will be hard pushed to find something better if Somerset is your preferred location.

Both the wife and I are really needed a 2 night break, 1st break away together for 2½ years,

We arrived to a very secluded location, safe as all set behind private electric gates.

We followed a track going past goats, chickens and a cockerell, which we could not hear so undisturbed at daybreak

The lodge, we stayed in Willow, was spacious, extremely clean, with a private hot tub, overlooking tge lake, which is just beautiful, wild dycks, etc all around the pond. We couldn't have asked for a better lodge to wake up in, sat on the porch with coffee with a wonderful setting to look out on.

The owners were just brilliant, supplied all the nice things to have,good supply of coffee etc.

The hot tub was lovely, normally about 40 degrees to bubble all our troubles away.

Stayed for 2 nights on a romantic getaway and I have to say the whole experience was just perfect. Spacious cabin, large comfy bed, amazing shower, prosecco on ice when we arrived... wood fired hot tub! Mood well and truly set!

The cabin also had central heating, fridge (with freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, microwave, excellent (dimmable) lighting... everything you could want and more.

The owner was amazing, friendly, helpful... always there when needed, never intrusive.

Highly recommended retreat.

I love a self checkin and out, where you get left to yourselves to chill and not be disturbed - so this place was perfect
We stayed here for two nights straight after our wedding
It was absolutely ideal
Gorgeous view, lovely little hot tub and spacious rooms
Good facilities too

Not many personal touches like lil toiletries etc but other than that
