This is a great budget hotel to stay close to the city centre. The room and washroom were clean and maintained well. Towels, toiletries, hot water kettle and coffee/tea bags were provided. Like most budget hotels in London, the room is cramped even for two people. Additionally, I would have appreciated some wardrobe space in the room and pegs for hanging clothes or towels in the washroom. We were on the ground floor and hence could hear some noise from the road. But we were out sight seeing most of the time and we could walk to all the main attractions. ||The hotel staff was reachable on the emergency helpline and kindly let us keep our luggage at the hotel even though we had an early check out.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in London, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Big Ben, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The hotel itself is very clean and everything feels new and well-maintained. The owners are absolutely lovely and made us feel right at home by welcoming us with sweets. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London!

Great location, but that s it. Never seen a smaller room. Room door does not lock, bathroom room does not lock, the TV is 12 inches at most, window barely opens. The heater is stack next to the mattress, therefore pretty much impossible to use. Nothing much to say, just avoid it

Really nice, modern and clean hotel. The rooms were in wonderful condition. The stay was really comfortable and the staff were very very friendly. Highly recommend!
