Stayed here in the family room - double, single bed and trundle bed - on way home from one part of the country to another. Room quiet and clean. Bathroom very smart. Owner very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast. Really pleased with our choice to stay here.

A lovely place to stay. Very friendly couple. Room was spacious, very clean & well presented with a.personal touch. Unfortunately I was away too early for breakfast but I feel sure it would be exemplary! Plenty of parking room for larger vehicles. Far better than any roadside lodges! Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆

Staying at this B&B run by Elaine and Ian. Peaceful setting at end of Railway Street in a small village. Our room is fantastic. Huge bed which is the most comfortable we have slept in. Opened door to our en-suite...wow! Huge. Corner bath plus a separate corner shower. Beautiful. Luxury. Elaine is a warm and welcoming host. Enjoyed a tasty full English breakfast. Thoroughly recommend here. Fantastic value for money too. ?

At end of lane, approached by a private drive, which helpfully has little lights to guide one back from the pub (The Whistle and Flute opposite the railway station - recommended) after dark! ||||The modern house is very well maintained and set within large well-maintained grounds with lawns, trees and shrubs in a quiet location.||||I had room 1 (a twin room) overlooking the garden and countryside beyond, simply furnished, clean and comfortable. The en suite included an excellent shower with good controls. Biscuits and good sized mugs for tea were provided and fresh milk was available in a fridge in the hall.||||Breakfast included excellently cooked and presented scrambled eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms; fresh fruit and yoghurts were available. An unusual and thoughtful touch was the availability of additional tea bags if one preferred a stronger brew.||||A very pleasant stay in a well-run B & B - excellent value.

Stayed here for one night earlier this month for a meeting at Humberside Airport which is less than 10 minutes away by car. Unbelievable value at £42 for a single room, ensuite bathroom and full English breakfast the following morning. Exceptionally clean throughout and the owner/host was very friendly and welcoming throughout. Evening meals available if requested in advance. Credit cards accepted. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Fantastic place to stay. Stayed for 2 nights, great location, very quiet, plenty of space around to take dogs for walks.
Breakfast very good ? will stay again next time in the area.

Lovely hosts , breakfasts the best, comfy beds, clean & spacious rooms. Fabulous grounds, nice and peaceful. ||Nothing too much for the owners. Lovely place for wedding venue. Highly recommend. 5 stars for rookery.
