Stayed two nights for the cricket which is a ten minute walk. Check in as advised which was easy and the receptionist was friendly and polite. All amenities we needed and were clean and tidy. Plenty of car parking included in the price which was a bonus. Will stay again. Thank you

My experience of using this apartment-hotel was filled with stress and aggravation, when it should have been relaxing and restful.|I booked a ‘Grande Studio with balcony’ for one night. Upon arriving at the accommodation after a 6 hour drive, I could not get in. I rang the contact number and was told that I needed to collect the key from another Roomzzz hotel down the road a couple of miles away.|WHAT?|So, you book a room here, but have to collect a key from another hotel down the road? How does this make sense to anyone? It is frankly ridiculous. I questioned the sanity of this with the person I was speaking to and she said that I should have had an email advising me of this. I did not, nor was I made aware of this fiasco arrangement before booking.|After 6 hours driving, I loaded my luggage back into the car and went to the other hotel, queued at their front desk and was issued a key card. I then had to get drive back to the hotel and unload (again). |The accommodation was OK in itself. I certainly wouldn’t book a balcony room as its just a tiny trip outside an opening door with views of the car park and run-down/derelict buildings.|There is no way I can recommend staying here. Stay at the Roomzzz down the road maybe, at least you can turn up and actually get into the hotel and into your room. They need to think long and hard about guest experience and how they managed Roomzzz Headingly. I for one, won’t ever trust using the brand again and will not be back.

Convenient location, lots of parking, great accommodation. Good facilities with a choice of size of apartments from studio to two bedroom, all with full kitchens. The only problem is that the heating doesn’t work on a timer and some of the radiators are broken in some of the apartments, so it can be cold. Otherwise great

Stayed here twice now when visiting Headingley for the cricket as it is an ideal location and has onsite parking. We have a preference for using apart hotels as they provide lounge and kitchen facilities that you don’t get with a hotel and this fits the bill.

Always stay here when come to Leeds. Great apartments, clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Easy check in/out and great for parking. All facilities in the apartment too. No breakfast at Headingley but it's not a problem with a well equipped kitchen area.

On arrival and walking down the corridor to our room we were over powered with a smell of Indian spices. Room was clean and average an stay was okay until...I paid extra for a pet to accompany us which was for a deeper clean after we left. However after leaving I was advised by my bank they had debited my account (not authorised by me) but heard nothing from them as to what it was so had to contact them. Told it was a 'fine' due to my dog fouling in the bedroom which was on CCTV so they needed to deep clean the carpet. Firstly I cleaned up after the dog but the scary issue was why they have CCTV in bedroom which is an invasion of privacy!!! I have tried to complain but they have ignored all emails since so have to take up with the police and trading standards. They are just scammers who use made up stories to charge you extra to stay so you don't get a good deal that you think. Reason I stayed was to visit an aunt who has been moved to a hospice close by for end of live care so it has been really nice of them to do this and shows they care about customers

This is the second time we have stayed at Roomzzz Headingley. The first time we were in the two bedroom Liberty Suite as we were visiting the university with our son and that apartment is great. This time we were in a Grand Balcony Studio as we were down to visit him and we were impressed with the space. ||||The room was great: well thought out in terms of layout, generous in size and with everything you would need. We like being able to relax in a “home” environment rather than a hotel one. Housekeeping came daily and were very efficient. The location is great as is the free parking which is a huge help. The website advertises a complementary grab and go breakfast but as there is no reception at Headingley so you have to go down to Leeds City West to access this which isn’t really that feasible or convenient. The Leeds City West staff are lovely, very friendly and happy to help with any issues that arise. There are small local shops just a minute to two away for essentials and it’s just over 5 minutes form the Morrisons and retail park at Kirkstall. There is also a fantastic Indian restaurant 5 minutes walk down the hill from the apartment which was a real find. Uber’s are plentiful and very reasonable so you can leave the car and easily get out and about and the bus transport is good too. ||||We find this an ideal base for visiting Leeds, which we’ll be doing for at least the next three years and we have already made future bookings. It’s our go to accommodation now!
