Excellent all round. Phoned to say I was going to be later than expected, all good there. Great to have a secure underground car park. Very comfy bed. Facilities excellent. Have to have gluten free food and the croissants in the morning were the best gluten free ones I have had. Would highly recommend staying here

I really like using Roomzzz when working from Nottingham. Booking is easy and you always get a warm welcome from the front desk team. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. I like the inclusion of a small kitchenette in each room despite not having need to use it so far. Check out is easy I like the free coffee and croissants on departure for a speedy breakfast when leaving.

I had an amazing stay here for 2 nights - weekend. The rooms were perfectly suited - with small kitchens, towels, soaps etc. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, and the blackout curtains were such a nice touch especially if you're there to REST. The ONLY thing I had a problem with was the noise the one night as there was a concert / club near by but honestly - some ear plugs would have done the job.

It's a 10 minute walk into the city --> a bit uphill on the way home so if accessibility matters to you, just keep that in mind. Location was perfect, free coffee was such a nice touch every day, and yeah - no complaints at ALL!!

Tatianna - at the front desk - was SO helpful the entirety of the stay. She was so friendly to everyone who walked by her and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She supported me with all my inquiries and even gave some great recommendations - she is a great asset to your establishment!

Our stay at Roomzzz was excellent! Very modern rooms and very clean. As someone who needs to eat a lot, and frequently, the kitchenette was a great addition. Check in and out was quick and simple. Hot drinks and pastries in a morning is a lovely little bonus. Excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Parking was secure and good price at £10 per night in comparison to other local parking facilities, and they let us park for extra time on check out day so we could go grab some breakfast. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had some noisy neighbours wake us up at 1am and the staff handled it very promptly.The cons were minor things, there was no instructions for the aircon or induction hob so we couldn’t figure out how to work them. Maybe a little manual for them would be helpful. Also, the shower went cold quite a few times (only for a few seconds at at time) but I’m assuming this is due to high water use. It wasn’t a big issue and given how beautiful the bathroom was, I didn’t really mind! Last thing, our room looked immediately onto the entrance to a university building, so we couldn’t really get changed with the curtains open, but honestly if I’d have asked to change rooms, I can imagine the staff would’ve done their best to accommodate this. All in all, excellent stay and we will definitely be returning!😊

Great location for all city centre amenities,including tram line. Rock city venue next door ,but no noise heard at all. On site parking was available which was a great help. Room quality was good with additional cooking facilities ,refrigerator and even dishwasher. Only drawbacks were the shower temperature was very temperamental and air conditioning wasn’t very efficient.

Brilliant hotel and stay, room was so clean and decent aircon. Kitchen in room has everything you need, will definitely look at staying at other Roomzzz hotels going forward! Highly recommend and good location about 10 minutes walk from market square

We stayed here for the first time and enjoyed the concept of having your own room with full kitchenette. The size of the room was good and the complimentary croissant and drinks in the morning is a nice touch. The WiFi was good and the selection of things in the shop is handy!

I wanted to highlight some issues with our stay as the feedback form I was sent goes to an error page.

The room was quite dusty when we arrived and we were given no bath towels so I had to go to reception to get those. The pans in the kitchenette seemed poor quality and not non stick. The rooms would benefit from an all purpose spray and cloth as we were only given a tea towel.

The car park access is quite steep so if you have a sport edition car or vehicle that is quite low down - be careful or avoid!

The water in the showers was really harsh so maybe that needs looking into.

Also I think we were unfortunate with the room we were given but there was big orange staining on the ceiling and unfortunately on our last day it was leaking - pictures attached

Excellent Hotel, stayed a couple of times and always had warm friendly service. It feels like the staff are invested in ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Radka greeted us and was so warm and friendly. She was very approachable.
The drinks machine and complimentary croissants in the morning are very welcome and set you up for the day before you can go out and eat.
The room itself is kitted out with a kitchen area which is very handy and a comfortable bed and a very good shower.
The rooms are clean and generously sized. Very handy location next to rock city.
I will definitely be coming back!!
