Love attending events at Ropery Hall. Great intimate venue and friendly staff. If you have time visit the Ropery Museum, Garden, Exhibitions and a lovely cafe during the day. Enjoy evening gigs in the hall, great bar with a good choice of craft bottled and draft beers. We often stay in the Imaginarium
in Barton for gigs so we can imbibe the bar offerings without having to worry about driving home. Highly recommended.

Excellent venue, very long room and the acts have to come through the room to the stage. Good bar selection and friendly staff.

Ropery Hall is a small theatre at the end of the old historic rope walk building. It hosts a variety of live music and theatre events throughout the year. There is a bar open before the start of the show and during the interval. The rope walk is an excellent place to visit. There's an art gallery shop cafe and a sculpture garden. The interesting museum shows how ropes were made and the history of this unique building. There's lots of free parking. I highly recommended a visit.

Fabulous night out at the Ropery Hall Barton on Humber
Pizza and Garlic Bread in the bar. Before heading into the hall for an evening in the company of excellence, "Iago Banet" from Santiago, Galicia, Spain, with stories of growing up in Spain. Sheer brilliance on the accoustic Guitar, he gave us a night to remember, many thanks to the organisers!

Really nice venue. We saw a play, sound was good, seats were reasonably comfortable and the staff were lovely. Parking was easy as well, just outside the hall.

I’ve been to The Ropewalk lots of times but this was my first visit to the Ropery Hall which is the events element of the building.
I was impressed!
It’s a lovely venue, not too big, with easy access to the building and plenty of parking.
I’m not sure how I saw the event advertised (possibly Facebook) but we will be going back as it has a wonderful programm of performers booked.
We saw Ímar, an award winning high energy group, but there’s music to suit all tastes plus comedy etc
We didn’t use the bar but there was a wide range of beer available, hot drinks and even some crisps and chocolate.
Definitely worth keeping an eye on for future events.

Small, intimate venue with a great feel, and warm and welcoming staff. Local to us and we’ve seen a real eclectic mix of artists perform here from Ghost story readings tonight to Nick Heyward playing our 80’s memories with the odd movie night in between. Set in what was the rope works and adjacent to the art gallery and excellent cafe. Enjoy real ale at a great price and/or sample an interval ice cream. A Great escape from the binge watch media of today whilst supporting a great local venue.
