My 3rd visit today to have my hair done at Rose Hair & Beauty. Grace did a lovely job doing my T-section highlights & lowlights. I’m very happy with the colour, thank you Grace. Michaela then cut and finished my hair. Great job girls , I’ll be back again in December !! x

Absolute joke of a business. I won a competition for nails and had to pay £5 to book appointment which I was promised would be refunded. On the day of my 1st booked appointment it was changed by Rose last minute to a completely different day, then my 2nd appointment was cancelled last minute due to her son being poorly (these things happen however she was uploading hair pictures on same day) and 3rd appointment was meant to be today at 5pm. She text me whilst I was driving and after 20 mins she cancelled my appointment as I didn't confirm apparently when I couldn't reply as I was driving. That's now 3 appointments cancelled last minute. Very unprofessional would not recommend. She also hasn't refunded my £5!! You can maybe excuse 1 cancelled appointment but 3!! Give someone more than 20 mins to respond maybe just because you want to go out!

Edit due to her reply- I booked my appointment straight after I won the competition (i have attached screenshot of the message i sent you showing this on the day i won). This is the appointment you rescheduled last minute not me! So I did book within the time period. You then cancelled my 2nd and 3rd appointments within 2 hours of me needing to be there when I had organised babysitters. My review is based on facts and I have screenshot emails and texts to prove it . You shouldn't run a business if your using 5 kids as reasons to cancel on people 3 times last minute when they have organised their own babysitters for their kids. So unprofessional

Amazing service, the salon is a lovely environment and Michaela is lovely too. I went for a full body wax and Michaela did not disappoint. She is caring, takes her time and makes you feel very relaxed, comfortable and welcome. I can not say a bad word about the service provided and the price is more than reasonable. I will definitely be returning after my second appointment tomorrow ?

Found Michaela on TikTok after she posted a video where she did an amazing job fixing another hairdressers poorly applied extensions.
Booked in with her for my first haircut in years. I couldn’t have had a better experience - I felt at ease straight away and I learnt so much about how to better achieve my hair goals. I was so happy with my finished haircut. Now cant wait for her to fit my extensions! ?

I had been looking for a salon in the area to do my hair extension maintenance as my hairdresser is in the north of England. Rose was really friendly, did a great job and made me feel very welcome. I have even booked in next week for my nails doing!

We done a shadow root, vitaplex repair treatment, money piece, reverse balayage to add some dimension, a layered cut to get rid me of the dead ends and then we fitted hair extensions.

I am over the moon! My hair feels amazing I was scared I would have to cut it all off! Thank you so much!
