Love love love this place. We spent 7 nights of destress calm and fun! Liam cottage is lovely and we spent every evening in the sun with beautiful walks. Fed the squirrels and wildlife and just listened to the waterfall. Booked already to go back next year

The setting for the accommodation wss exceptional, beautiful woodland, lakes, a waterfall and lots of areas to sit in and take in the stunning scenery.||Unfortunately our accommodation did not do the description justice. The Stables was very dreary, and quite dull.|The main bedroom, which had a huge semi circular bay window was curtained with dark grey floor length curtains. When these were drawn, every window was in need of replacement as the seals between the panes had worn and there was condensation between every pane. |The front door had rotten wood at the bottom, and the three panes of glass there were boarded up from the inside. |The three main lights in the living area, flickered when switched on and then did not work. I reported this to Julie, the manager and was told that the electrician said it was the way they were switched on. Julie then told me that I could move the standard lamp around if I needed to. She then said 'noted'|After that I did not see the point in making any further comments to them.||On the plus side, the 6ft bed was very comfortable and the whole place was extremely clean and tidy. The kitchen area was well equpped although we did only use the kettle and the toaster. However the bread bin had been placed on top of one of the kitchen cupboards, and neither my husband or myself could reach it.||The shower room is in need of some hooks, there was nowhere to hang any clothing. The shower worked well, and the heated towel rail kept it cosy.||We were dismayed to find that we had to provide towels, pay for electricity and for WiFi connection. To be fair that was all listed in the description of the booking, but we have stayed in many places before and never incurred these charges.||We made our booking through Cottages.com, and I was informed that I would receive an email to give a review within a week. We have been back for 3 weeks and have heard nothing. I have tried to contact them, but been unsuccessful.

Beautiful, quiet setting. We'll equipped apartment. Close to Liskeard and local amenities but far enough away to be able to relax. Family enjoyed revisiting area having lived locally 17+ years ago. Would recommend to others we know. We're lucky that sun shone for whole time too.

Great place! Close to Liskeard We had a week here. Lovely and quiet. Got some fishing done. Lots of lily pads, but still worth a fish. We stayed in lake view 1! Massive 3 bed house, well worth the money! People that ran it were lovely! We will be back!

The whole site is attractive and reasonably well kept l. Upon arrival you are hit with electricity charges and the fact that the WiFi is not free ...and after eventually paying through 4g ...found the strength of wifi is either very very poor or non existent.||The fishing lake is fully covered in lilly pads and weeds so dont come looking to go fishing.||The apartment itself is a decent size but very tired||The plug powering the electric radiator became frighteningly hot and unplugged for duration...upon inspection the wall socket was cracked and scorched.||The kitchen ok meagerly supplied and once again v tired.||Bed was ok but pillows were wafer thin and probably cost £1 each.||Last morning ...curtain rail fell off the wall say no more !!!

Rosecraddock Manor serves as an excellent starting point for a holiday in Cornwall. The tranquil environment is remarkable, and the Lakeside property where we stayed offered breathtaking views of the lake. Although we visited in January, when it was too chilly to enjoy the balcony, I can only imagine how delightful it would be during the summer months. The property was comfortably warm, which was essential during our January stay. The kitchen, featuring a spacious breakfast bar, was exceptionally well-equipped with everything necessary for cooking, should one choose to do so. The small appliances were all brand new, and there was an ample supply of glasses, plates, cutlery, and other essentials. We appreciated the layout of the property, which included a large lounge situated upstairs adjacent to the main bedroom and ensuite. Additionally, there were two more bedrooms located downstairs, along with a generous dining room. The grounds were stunning, featuring a sizable fishing lake and many places to walk.

We have been in the Manor for the second time -first one took place in Feb- with our children, elderly mum and a dog. All was so luxurious for us and very welcoming. The unique atmosphere around the house, the overall service and a beautiful garden took us so much that we decided to come back in April. All was silent, spacious as never, very clean and scented with a hint of time, when the guests of the Rosecraddocc Manor used to admire piano concerts in the drawing room - at least that is what I suppose;). We especially loved very helpful and speedy responding staff always willing to answer any question or support with some issue. We are definitely recommending the place to anyone that needs time off and loves luxury in a good style.|Also, the area is fabulous. Close to so many fantastic places as Minions, Fowey, Polperro, St. German, St. Austel, Loe & Liskeard is not a bad place at all. It’s got many antique shops & lovely charities!|Massive thank you

I can’t recommend this place enough – it’s absolutely wonderful! I booked a last-minute stay here at the end of November, and Alex was fantastic, quickly arranging two nights for me in the Seaton Cottage. The cottage was perfect, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed for a cozy and comfortable stay.||The staff were all incredibly friendly and approachable – every encounter left me smiling. I’m already planning my return and will definitely be recommending this gem to anyone I know visiting Cornwall.||The holiday village itself is beautiful, set right next to the manor on stunning grounds surrounded by countryside. The views are picturesque, and it’s all within walking distance to some great pubs. For convenience, Liskeard town is just a 5-minute drive away, with a supermarket and plenty of takeaway options to stock up on.||It’s the perfect spot – great location, warm and welcoming staff, and lovely, clean accommodation. Thank you, Alex, for making everything so easy. I can’t wait to come back!
