We the perfect overnight stay here, Natalie was a perfect, charming host. |We were concerned over the shared bathroom situation, but soon realised that everything else made up for that. The Bathroom and separate toilet were very clean. The bedroom was spacious, light and airy with lovely views over gardens. We were able to park in the grounds of the house, which was helpful. The gardens were beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely dining room. I would say the main reason for returning to this B and B would be that Natalie gave us such a warm welcome, which made you feel at home straight away.

I enjoyed my stay at Rosemary immensely. I was searching for a classic BnB, and I found an excellent one! And I found Natalie! She is very straight forward and detail oriented, and a very warm, and happy person. She wrote out a receipt when I paid and repeated her terms very clearly. With business taken care of, I found the house and the huge garden and the people I met, all delightful. This bed and breakfast is very clean and beautiful with old world charm. Natalie's home and garden are clearly a labor of love and I enjoyed talking with Natalie very much. I met another guest who had been coming there for the past 15 years and he couldn't say enough about how wonderful Rosemary BnB is. I couldn't agree more. Natalie makes a delicious breakfast and made sure all was well with my stay. I liked her place so much that I stayed three days and I look forward to another visit the next time I'm in England.

I stayed here with an old friend for 1 night. The Pink Room was comfortable and very spacious. This is a beautiful 1920s house, with an enormous and gorgeous garden. The hostess Natalie looked after us very well, answering questions about the area and providing lovely food and conversation. East Bergholt is a very nice little town, set in beautiful Constable countryside and only a 30 minute stroll to the famous Willy Lott's cottage. Good pubs in the village too.|I highly recommend this B & B.

Stayed for two nights for a weekend away. Beautiful countryside and a charming village. My partner grew up in the area, I recently moved to Suffolk. Exceptional service, especially considering our hostess had the added stress of caring for her grandson (who was tremendously well-behaved throughout) and attending to family functions. The hostess was extremely cheerful and gracious, with only token requests and demands - mostly for punctuality of sign-in/out and breakfast, which are more than reasonable. Beds were comfortable and well-kept, and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delectable - a fine British fry-up, toast with local honey from on-site hives and a good old pot of tea. Hostess even offered us a lift to the nearest station - an hour's walk away - for free in return for removing the bed linen, which was a fair request and no skin off our nose in return for quick, safe travel for non-drivers. On the whole, a delightful weekend in Constable country, thanks in large part to a helpful and delightful hostess.

My friend and I turned up at the doorstep over the weekend with my tiny dog on the off chance and we were lucky enough to be given a twin room at the last minute. Natalie and her daughter Eloise and family were so kind, welcoming and friendly. From arrival a glass of juice to quench our thirst, adorable quiet new baby and helpful local information. The garden was a delightful surprise a culmination of 49 years hard work and truly, staggeringly beautiful. We had a fine breakfast of tea, OJ, scrambled eggs, toast and tomatoes beautifully cooked. Gluten Free options also covered. Def recc

Almost the first thing that Natalie tells you when you ring to make a booking is that the rooms are not en-suite. Fair enough, this is true and as such may be a problem for some, but the compensations are more than in eough for us; a wonderful 1920's house set in a beautiful garden (created by Natalie), a comfortable twin bedded room (ours was the spacious pink room), gentle hospitality and a very good breakfast. This is truly a classic British B&B. Oh yes, and you are in the middle of the glorious Suffolk countryside.

Thank you Natalie for being such a lovely hostess. You just made Mum and I feel so welcome in your lovely home. The bedrooms are so pretty and comfortable and the views from all the windows to your well tended garden were beautiful. The breakfasts were a treat too! Hopefully we will be able to visit you again.

Plenty of space in room, comfortable beds & a warm welcome. The gardens were beautiful but we didn't get chance to explore them much. Lovely house with attractive furniture||The breakfast however was disappointing & the eggs overcooked.
