I paid £43 for this messy manicure in Chislehurst. Aside from the fact, the spa does not offer Essie or OPI varnish, the shades of RED were limited as they were all glitter or shimmer - the one shade of red I wanted was nearly dried out. So we went for this Nude shade. The nail technician was more of a message therapist and her application was so heavy-handed. She applied multiple (five) thick coats which took ages to dry. She blamed the Morgan Taylor varnish for being thin and leaving thin spots. I waited over 20 minutes for the varnish to dry. The varnish was all over my cuticles. The shape of the nail was square in some and round in others. As of today - the varnish looks wrinkled and I could have done a better job on my own a home and saved myself £43 - £15 shellac removal / £28 express manicure. While the technician was friendly - the lady at the front desk didn't even ask how my experience was - or I would have told her all this. Not only will I avoid this salon like the plague, I would suggest you do to unless you want pay for a sub-mediocre manicure and shell out nearly 50-quid for it.

When I made an appointment I told them that my hair had 300g extensions and I wanted to wash it, dry it and curl it… the curls were done quickly as soon as I left home and I no longer had any curls in my hair. Did not like

Booked in for reflexology and was sceptical at first but Kelly is great. No nonsense, very grounding and very insightful. Enjoyed it so much I’m booked in for third treatment next week.
