I feel obliged to write a review. Ruffle Truffle provided catering for our garden party yesterday. Absolutely fabulous!!! Lovely polite helpful staff, no fuss, no mess and beautiful food. They made our afternoon totally stress free and beautiful. Several of our guests asked for their details - really impressive outfit.
Very professional, helpful and friendly. We will use them again no question.

I can't hold back anymore, I've tried to overlook it but I can't accept such filth anymore. A month ago, I hired Ruffled Truffle Catering led by Chef Elcin to cater our company event. Everything seemed very promising reading the reviews on their website, but upon closer inspection, I noticed the reviews were actually posted by them, from within the company itself.

The food tasted very bad, it seemed very old and as if it had been cooked twice. The service was very poor, lacking manners, everyone dressed improperly in all colors without wearing a uniform. The price is excessively high and not justified even if we had paid a quarter of the full price, a bunch of amateurs who appeared out of nowhere.

Pay great attention to these cheaters, I do not recommend them. Run away as far as possible if you hear about them.

On a fateful day when even the sun seemed to hide in shame, we had the unfortunate honor of collaborating with Ruffled Truffle Catering for our event. To call the experience disappointing would be an understatement for the catastrophe that followed.

At first, everything seemed promising, their website a true visual illusion, likely crafted in Photoshop to lure in naive clients. The reality, however, was a gastronomic nightmare. The food tasted as if it had been cooked weeks ago, frozen, and then barbarically thawed. The flavor was so repulsive that almost none of our guests dared to touch the meat and meat dishes.

As if the horrific taste wasn’t enough, the food was served an hour late, upending our entire schedule. The quality of the dishes was beyond criticism—cold and tasteless, a shadow of what they should have been. The staff displayed incredible indifference, completely ignoring the needs of our guests, especially those with food allergies, even though this had been clearly communicated in advance.

The icing on this cake of disappointment was the behavior of the staff, particularly the head chef, Elcin. Both she and her team showed a total lack of professionalism and presentability. Forced by circumstances, we visited their location near Helicopter Point in Battersea to seek explanations. Instead of apologies and solutions, we were met with shouting, screaming, and even physical aggression.

Beware of these scammers at Ruffled Truffle Catering and their head chef, Elcin. They demanded 50% upfront and insisted, almost as if foreseeing the disaster, that we pay the remaining 50% at the end of the party, knowing full well that everything had been a monumental failure due to their unprofessionalism.

I would never recommend Ruffled Truffle Catering, and I certainly will never use their services again. This experience was a tragic warning to any other potential victims.

I can't recommend Ruffled Truffle Catering enough!! I have used them a few times now, and i am never disappointed! Elcin is helpful and such a lovely lady. Her staff are top quality, and the food is unbelievable. We used them for a BBQ at work, and we had such great feedback, we will be using them again for another event in August, and probably Christmas! Feedback from staff was that it was the best food they had had in similar events ever! We can not thank them enough. The whole day was a success, and there was so much food left over, staff made up take away boxes!
For those two comments where they gave the company one star, which clearly came from the same person!!! There is always the one!!! 35 other reviews and a 5 star overall rating speaks for itself really!!

First class experience throughout. I booked Ruffled Truffle to cater for a BBQ garden party for 20+ people and wanted to make it a bit special for my mother's birthday. The menu choices were great, presented beautifully and all extremely tasty. And to top it off the team and their service was incredibly friendly. All of our guests were very complimentary. I would book again in a heartbeat.

A huge thank you to Elcin and the team at Ruffled Truffle. We held our Christmas Party for #TeamFish and their families in May. The food, presentation and attention to detail were outstanding and we were absolutely thrilled with everything Ruffle Truffle provided. The BBQ and buffet were delicious and the desserts were amazing, so pretty and so much choice. We had one guests who is vegan and another who is gluten free and they were catered for brilliantly and felt very well looked after. The whole team worked tirelessly to deliver a spectacular feast that not only tasted amazing but looked really beautiful.

Personally, I’m very much a ‘feeder’ and was a little concerned there may not be enough for so many hungry fishmongers, but there was more than enough and all the leftovers were plated and put away for the team to tuck into later.

I’ll definitely be using them again and reckon Christmas celebrations in May with a Ruffled Truffle feast is going to be an annual event ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing top notch catering services provided for our Christmas party last week. Food was delicious and the set up and presentation was immaculate. A very large range of food and drinks which accommodated to all of our staff and catering/bar staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. All that attended were very impressed and we will definitely be using Ruffle Truffle for all of our future events. I could not recommend this Company enough.
