Had the most beautiful relaxing spa day at Ruskin spa yesterday. Laura greeted me on reception, shes so lovely and wecoming showing me around the spa. Molly was my therapist for my massage and facial treatments. She's truly amazing. Molly adapted the service to accommodate my pregnancy and performed an unbelievable massage on my back neck shoulders feet and legs. My facial was on of the best I've ever received. I'm 100% feeling the benefits of all the services.
The spa it's self was very clean and has a great pool and jacuzzi. The afternoon tea was a special touch to finish off my day. Would recommend booking a spa day. Thanks to all the team x

I had the most amazing spa afternoon for my sister’s birthday today. The girls on reception were the sweetest and made us feel so so welcome. The building and spa is absolutely beautiful I didn’t want to leave! We were met for our treatments by two lovely girls Molly and Alyssa, the treatments were absolutely incredible and we were so relaxed. They explained everything super clear so we knew what to do and where to go. If you’re debating booking just do it and you will not be disappointed! The thermal journey using the spa facilities was also lovely, the experience shower was great along with the ice, jacuzzi and inferred sauna. I cannot wait to come back I’m already looking for another excuse to book again!

Just been for a spa day for Mother’s Day & it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Afternoon tea was lovely with any drink of choice; my mum said was one of the best lemon drizzle cake Shes had.
Spa; One of the best massages I’ve had, the facilities were good too! Girls were lovely and welcoming , we will definitely be back soon X

What an amazing experience today with My Daughter at the Spa with Tammy and Alise. Tammy and Alise gave us a facial with massage and my skin feels so much better. Then, we used the facilities and finished off with afternoon tea. Would definately recommend 😀

My partner and I came for a spa day, the initial treatment was good but we were then left waiting for 2 hours in a cold room for our "thermal journey" which turned out to be a bath with someone else's tide marks around it. We asked the staff about the waiting and they robbed us off. Disappointing, I can't recommend it. I've tried to contact the spa directly to feedback with no reply.

Had an amazing massage and full use of the facilities today, they were extremely good (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym). Had a full hour massage which went by far too quickly. Was an overall very impressive experience and the staff were outstanding! Definitely recommend 💯

We visited as 2 couples for the spa day experience and we had a fantastic day! The treatments were super relaxing and would highly recommend. Tanya was really attentive and did everything she could to make our day special.

We absolutely loved it here! Definitely want to go back. I think the waiting time between afternoon tea and entering the spa could've been shortened. Still 5 stars from me 🙂
