I've just had the most wonderful hour ar Number Eleven with Ruth and Ellie. I was in much need of some pampering and I was not disappointed at all. I've been going to the salon for a few years but had got 'out of the habit' due to busy work/life schedule. My old face was in need of a good 'juzzh' and I had a brow tint and tidy, then a fab CACI jowl lift. WOW - what a difference, I can already see what a difference it has made to my jawline after 20 minutes! I'm returning in a couple of weeks for a bespoke facial (yes, what a treat). Can't wait. Thanks so much ladies, welcoming and super friendly as always. XO

Lovely Ellie… very experienced, knowledgable, caring & kind. Makes you feel you are her priority & explains everything in great detail with wonderful results!! Very very good in her field of expertise…

Ellie is fantastic!
I’ve had laser hair removal on my chin before but couldn’t get rid of the horrible white hairs (that were so obvious & tough to the touch too)
Numerous things I have tried to no avail.
I also have some historic scarring which makes my skin thicker & harder to treat, but Ellie knows her craft 100%.
I’ve been going for electrolysis which is proving to be a huge success!
This makes me so grateful & happy.
Always so welcoming, reassuring & certainly knowledgeable.
One of the BEST beauty places I have ever been to.
