A huge thank you to Dawn, Gareth, Carla and the rest of the Saffron Catering team. We chose Saffron Caterers for our wedding in London in October. We were impressed by the incredible food they offered- our menu tasting with Gareth was one of the best parts of wedding planning! His wealth of knowledge and kind approach made the company an obvious choice. There was a huge range of food to choose from and we struggled to narrow it down to our favourites! We still have people mentioning how brilliant the food was, several months later!

Dawn’s support throughout the entire planning process was invaluable. She made everything run smoothly - I really can’t imagine how much more difficult the process would have been without her! She is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend Dawn and Gareth to anyone getting married in London. Dawn’s attention to detail meant everything was covered and discussed in advance. Together, they are an incredible team.

Meeting with Carla and Dawn shortly before the wedding was a huge help. We knew the day would run smoothly with their coordination and helped those final few days of wedding planning feeling a lot less stressful! Carla was excellent in coordinating the day.

We've worked with Saffron for our annual Summer Reception for the past three years in venues close to Westminster, London. We moved to a new venue this year and requested to use Saffron again, instead of their list of suppliers, as we trust them and the quality of their service and delicious canapes! The pea and mint crostini was a particular hit this year! I particularly love working with Dawn and Angie, who are always so positive and go above and beyond to help us develop any new ideas or ways of running our event. We will definitely be working with them again!

Dawn, Gareth, Angie, and the rest of the Saffron team did an amazing job catering my wedding. All the guests were well fed, the canapes came piping hot and were a hit, the wedding breakfast was fabulous and I even had a guest tell me they tried to recreate their main course! The evening food was also fantastic and went down a treat, and generally the service was so smooth and made the day a real success! I had a few specific service requests which they were easily able to accommodate, and they were great with all the guest dietary requirements and allergies.

There were so many compliments on how delicious and feeding the food was. It was good quality, tasted amazing, and was piping hot so felt like Christmas! Apparently the pavlova was the best people had ever had.

The wedding coordinator Angie was also brilliant with us - so generous with her time, calm and collected, professional. We felt completely understood by the team and safe in her hands. Gareth and Dawn a wonderful duo! Your team made our wedding the most perfect day so thank you so much.

We hired Saffron as the caterers for our wedding in August and they were exceptional! From the tasting last year (when Gareth spoilt us with a wide range of delicious canapés, starters, mains & desserts) to Dawn’s speedy & helpful communication (about everything from napkin colours to wine pairing) right up to Carla’s seamless service on the day (involving a special birthday dessert for my Dad) we could not recommend them more highly! 5 stars across the board!
