Used Sage Catering for our wedding at Brympton House. Was the caterer recommended by the venue and you can see why! Menu was beautifully presented. We had a tasting beforehand, so we knew exactly what to expect. They were able to accommodate having venison on our menu and the ingredients were certainly fresh and delicious.
We went for the ‘foodie menu’ and the upgrade for a cooked breakfast the morning after the wedding was definitely worth it. We had the mac n cheese bar as our evening food and it was definitely up there with the best street food vendors!
Only criticism is that the scallop pops were served cold (we would have liked them hot) and the chocolate biscoff dessert was quite solid and a bit tricky to eat.
Overall, a seamless experience- they were even able to accommodate extra guests at the last minute. Thank you Emily and Sage with Zest!
