Jay is the best masseuse I've ever had. I've been coming to Jay for the last few months, as I needed a massage for back/neck pain, & help with severe migraines. I always feel incredibly relaxed, & the room is lovely. I leave feeling very calm, having had some precious time to myself, & I've also had a reduction in the number of migraines I get, which has made such a difference to my everyday life & health. Jay takes extremely good care of you, & is so knowledgeable. Thank you so much! X

I have had both a full body massage and facial with Jay now and both were excellent. Jay is really calm and re-assuring as well as being an amazing masseuse. The facial I had last weekend was the best I have ever had - I actually felt like my skin and muscles were being worked and this was more than just relaxation. Thanks Jay!

I had two pregnancy massages with Jay, one at 36 weeks, and because I loved it so much I had another at 38 weeks, and I cannot recommend Jay highly enough. Booking was easy, I went through Fresha and then also through Instrgram for my bookings. At my first appointment I was having problems with my shoulder due to stress so she spent slightly longer working on the knots within this area which made a huge difference. The setting was lovely and calming, and Jay talked through everything to make sure I had a great experience before starting my massage and and after both my massages I felt so calm and relaxed which was a rarity so late in my pregnancy. She was also not afraid to use the right level of pressure as and where required which I believe makes Jay stand out amongst those offering pregnancy massages. I have no doubt when I get chance I'll be booking in for more treatments with Jay at Sage!

A wonderfully relaxing massage, after which I felt very peaceful and soothed. Jay has a gentle, slow style of massage that feels like dancing over your muscles rather than pressing or pushing them. Even so she still applies firm pressure to the right areas and finds spots that need work. I don't think massage gets any better. Many thanks. I look forward to returning.

Just had my 3rd massage appointment with Jay and can confidently say that I barely struggle with back pains anymore. Even after the first session, the results were significantly better.

Both the salon and at home experience were enjoyable. Jay has a calming and positive attitude and always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I would hole heartedly recommend Sage massage to anyone looking to improve their muscular pains or wanting to treat themselves and disconnect from their busy lifestyle for an hour.

I’ve been going to Jay for over a year now and I could not recommend her enough. Jay is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and puts you at ease immediately. I went for an emergency appointment for my locked shoulder and I was in so much pain. After a single session the difference was unbelievable and a huge relief. Jay truly has magical hands and an amazing talent. 100% recommend.
