Worest service i ever had i paid for 30 minutes and they did only 15 minutes and told me to leave.i won’t go again and i dont recommend to anyone

The reception was choking and fragrance wasn't nice at all. They couldn't allow my partner wait at the reception while I had my session. Massage was okay but nothing spectacular! The room wasn't nice, looked all choked up. No way, definitely not going back.

Had a massage booked today at 7pm . I came on time and I only wanted 30mins . Got ready for the massage and the masseuse came in at 7:10 . Massage itself was great and relaxing . However my phone kept ringing (both phones was on silent) . I’m a business owner and get a lot of calls all the time . I kept the phone on silent but this seemed to bother the masseuse and she got annoyed and told me to leave . Like what does it matter to her if my phone is ringing ? Plus it was on silent so I don’t know what her issue was . The phone was vibrating that’s all . Not a big deal at all to tell me to get up and leave . Note that the masseuse didn’t finish the massage and ended it exactly 7.27pm . So I paid for 30 mins but didn’t even get 20 mins . I certainly do not recommend . Also need to note that as soon as I said no to the extras , the masseuse’s attitude and effort into the massage also declined . I’m only giving the two stars just bc the massage was good . But the hospitality was terrible and I was treated badly

EDIT : if she was so bothered about a phone vibrating , she could’ve just asked politely to switch it off and I would have done so . But she didn’t even allow me to . Just straight up said get out you need to leave bc your phone is vibrating .

All the girls are amazing here, I have alot of massages but this is one of the best place II have been to, Amy knew all the problems and knots in my back, amazing stretching too!!! I feel alive now!
Prices are reasonable.
Do not beleive in any negative fake reviews.
Can't wait to visit again after lockdown

Emily is strong young lady in a small package!! Very professional and personal. Here visiting from America, retired firefighter with alot of past injuries. Emily definitely made my aches and pains go away. Thank you and God bless.

What’s the point of having an appointment system if when people get there you say your busy and then slam the door on them?

Could at least of let me know before I got there, said sorry or asked if I wanted to rebook.. I got two emails and a text confirming so I’m sure you could of managed it.
