Christian and his team catered for a special meal for 8 of us just before Christmas. We were asked for dietary preferences and delivered a preliminary menu and we all clicked with his menu ideas for our 7 courses. All were amazing along with his culinary skills and produce and Christian being a natural host, ensured that we had the most memorable evening with a lot of fun and ‘banter’. I cannot explain just how fabulous our food was and to this day we still cannot agree which course was the best, they were all so delicious.
We are now all trying to find reasons to have Christian cook for us again.

Me and my family could not recommend Christians service more. We were lucky enough to have him cook a 7 course meal for my mums 60th birthday, and it really was the most memorable experience.

Each course was exquisite; I cannot pick a favourite course as each one was just as good as the last, each with such beautiful and bold flavours. As well as this, we found that Christians fun facts about the food and preparation, as well as seeing our food being made in the comfort of our own lodge, made it into a truly immersive experience.

From the meal planning, to the top service and delicious seven courses on the day, we would recommend this experience to anyone; this really is the perfect celebration. The minute he left, we were discussing when we could next find an excuse to have him cook for us!

I would Highly recommend Christian at Salt and Co. Everything about our private dining experience was superb! From the planning stages to the day itself ran smoothly and was easy to arrange. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere, learning about the food and how he creates the ‘theatre’ of the show stopping food, all amazing!! Christian is such a lovely guy and it was lovely chatting to him as he cooked. He has really inspired my 14 year old to go into becoming a chef. Thank you Christian, from all the family!!

The creativity is exquisite, along with the enthusiasm and attention to detail. Christian is so knowledgeable and more than happy to share details regarding how he achieves perfection in every dish.

What a fantastic experience!
Christian came to my home and cooked for myself and 4 friends to celebrate a special birthday.
The menu was amazing, 7 courses with a few surprises thrown in along the way.
Every dish was presented beautifully and tasted wonderful.
The chocolate cheesecake was one of the best deserts I’ve ever tasted and the crab taco was a delight.
Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be booking with Christian again.
