Sam catered our wedding in July 2020. Food is really important to me and I knew I wanted our food to be a standout feature of our wedding. From the moment I spoke to Sam, I knew he was our guy and totally understood what we were looking for.

Unfortunately our plans were impacted by covid and Sam was so supportive throughout all the date changes for which we could not be more grateful. He is a delight to deal with, as were his on-the-day staff and he really knows his stuff. People are still telling us how amazing the food was and more than one person has told us that it was the best wedding food ever.

Sam Catered for our recent wedding. From the moment we enquired about his availability, to the moment the food was served to the tables, we were blown away by his obvious passion for curating the perfect dining experience. Disgusted by treatment by the staff at the popup at Love Fields this morning. Was with my seven and one year olds, had just bought drinks and a bacon bun. Then my 7yo said he was thirsty. The staff refused to give him a cup of water, they said they had no water despite being a tea/coffee shop. 🤷🏽‍♀️
They refused to give us a cup of ice. I said really he is seven years old he just needs some water. Then they said there is a tap around the corner. I am not sure how I’m supposed to do that carrying a one year old. They then refused to even give me a cup to fill up myself. So I just took one. It was disgusting and degrading. There was no humanity. I was treated like an animal even though five minutes prior I had bought a load of food and drinks. This company is a disgrace and doesn’t treat its customers like human beings. I complained to Love Fields management as well. Hope this company is not back at Love Fields next year they don’t deserve to still be in business.

I was a guest at a wedding yesterday whereby Sam’s Kitchens provided the catering. Everything about it was fantastic and they should be very proud of the teams efforts. Many thanks to you all
