Saw Kara after having my fillers dissolved. I wished I'd always gone to her. I'd been overfilled at the recommendation of another clinic leaving me feeling quite masculine, then when I had it dissolved elsewhere I had quite bad indents in my face. Kara took the time to tweak my face making me look more like my old self again. She has recommended that I don't need fillers and to just take better care of my skin. I'm so happy with the result and advice given, so much so that I booked in with Charlotte for medical grade skin care. I liked how I wasn't oversold anything and only what I needed. Always amazing service and so professional! I usually see Kara (who is amazing) but I saw Ellie who has just trained in Morpheus and she was amazing. So warm, friendly and was so quick and professional administering the treatment, it is an uncomfortable procedure so it was nice to have someone who worked fast but efficiently. Will certainly be back!

Loved my first visit here. Everyone were super friendly and the lady I saw for my injections was very knowledgeable and gentle (I'm a baby with needles so this was much appreciated 😂). Absolutely first class experience. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything about my treatment in detail and answering all my questions. I felt really at ease whilst the treatment was taking place and can already see a difference to my skin. Kara was also amazing at my first consultation. I have visited The Sanctum for a few cosmetic procedures over the past few weeks after being advised by my sister and every time I have been in, the ladies (Kara Director, Sophie and Emma) have been amazing and are so skilled in what they do. Always welcoming on arrival and completely put your mind at ease throughout the procedures, especially when your a newbie! And lots of advice for aftercare, skincare etc. Professional clinicians and positive experiences from start to finish.
