I had the pleasure of visiting Sandbanks Clinics today for a Profhilo injection with Jacqueline Frances, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was met with exceptional hospitality and a warm, welcoming environment that instantly put me at ease.

Jacqueline is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and attentive. Her professionalism and expertise made the entire process feel effortless and comfortable – truly like a breeze!

This clinic has been a great find for me! Jenny is a lovely receptionist - warm, friendly, funny and professional. And when it comes to treatment, I always enjoy meeting Jess and equally find her warm, professional, understanding and practical in her advice and treatment.
A particular bonus is that well-sourced bespoke products and treatments are available but not pushed while, where appropriate, reasonably priced high street remedies like coconut oil are also suggested. Also, Jess is clear that a next appointment may be rebooked but if it turns out it's unnecessary because the prior treatment has been conclusive, then we won't go ahead. This approach has clients feeling they are appreciated, cared for and not exploited (we've all been to those unscrupulous clinics who will sell you snake oil)! This is just so reassuring!
As a result of all of this I have recommended to my friends in the area (one of whom is already a client) and will continue to do so.

Had my 2nd treatment to remove skin tags. I won't lie, it's not the most pleasant experience but the results are amazing. Jessica explains the process and even contacted me after the first session to make sure everything was healing as it should, which is really reassuring. I travel from Wales to see my daughter who has also had treatments and made the recommendation so I will be booking another appt when next in Poole.
The whole clinic is calm & welcoming and reception always helpful when booking appointments.

Jessica was friendly and welcoming, easy to talk to. She asked questions about my general health and medication. I was impressed by the holistic approach from this clinic. It’s usually relevant because there are certain treatments which are inadvisable and incompatible with certain medications. Some places just jump in without asking these questions.
