I was referred to Sano through work due to continuing and debilitating lower back issues. Alina quickly identified the issue and prescribed a host of exercises and stretches that, over about 2 months, dramatically improved my condition.

I'm not 100% yet but feel confident that, as long as I continue with my daily routine, I'll get there, and it's really nice to be able to say that after struggling for so long!
