This place fully warrants the reviews as unconventional it may be, in so much as you are located outside the main building up exterior stairs and the bathroom is down internal stairs.|The jacuzzi is also located in the bathroom and we enjoyed it on more than one occasion over the weekend. Bindy was the perfect host, friendly but not obtrusive, and served up a wonderful full English breakfast complete with toast, cereal and fruit. Coffee maker in room was appreciated and whilst the tv was modest in size and channels the location is much more attractive. |Would recommend 100% and can see us returning here too.

We stayed at Saul Farm on 15th September - just the one night as we were attending a family wedding nearby. We had a very warm welcome and the two rooms we had booked were attractive, clean and well-appointed. The bathrooms are pretty but have no showers due to the position of low ceiling beams - but the baths are luxurious. We had an excellent full English breakfast as well as fresh berries, yogurt and muesli. All in all I don’t think I could fault our stay. My only comment would be that elderly or slightly infirm people might struggle a bit with the two top rooms which we occupied as the staircase is pretty steep. I would recommend this B&B unreservedly.

Another great stay at Saul Farm. Bindy is very accommodating. Very comfortable bed and great duvet and pillows too! Lovely bath. (Just lacked a shower attachment so washing hair is a bit of a challenge but where there is a will... Oh and do take a hair dryer!) Tea, hot chocolate and nespresso coffee provided with proper milk in the mini fridge. Breakfast was beautiful and filling. All in all another lovely stay. Definitely intend to return.

Great comms from Bindy before and our room was ok, bed a bit small, bathroom tremendous with huge walk in shower, needs curtains that block out more light! Breakfast good though not too much cultivation a shared table. Pleasant rural village venue, local pubs within a mile, and a few walks about. Priced well.

Lovely 300-year old farmhouse with truly stunning rooms. Bindy is a great host, very friendly and flexible. She met us on arrival with a ready smile in the rain before showing us the farmhouse and room. We stayed in one of the attic rooms - it was HUGE! Big, comfy bed, crisp white linen and a very large bathroom with deep stand-alone bath. Everything is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated/furnished. Nice touches like a coffee machine, kettle etc in room plus mini fridge with fresh milk. Breakfast is amazing - fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, full English and toast! An idyllic setting an great night's sleep. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Host was brilliant and very welcoming. Bedroom/bathroom are home from home and offer excellent decor! Breakfast very good. I will definitely be returning to this little gem. 😀

Stayed in the annexe, very warm and cosy as was winter and very cold outside but you wouldn't know it. revved the jacuzzi up, put the telly on and got Chinese takeaway from up the road also with good reviews on trip advisor washed down with a cold beer! what's not to like? Highlight of the stay was the outstanding breakfast.||Nice place run by nice people.||Will be returning when in need next time.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Saul Farm!
The hosts were wonderful and friendly and the room was very cozy, private and fun. Delicious breakfast and fantastic jacuzzi!
We definitely recommend it!
