Incredible experience! Relaxing, zen and mindful - facilities were clean, sauna was hot and plunge baths perfectly cold!
A must do if you’re in the area.
Booked a social slot but I was the only one there so had the whole place to myself which was even better.

My 16 year old son and I were in Scotland for the week and wanted to end our week with a truly unique experience...THIS WAS IT.

Set in a beautiful and remote location with a hot wood fired sauna, plunge baths and/or a cold shower....a place to hang your clothes, shelves for your personal belongings.

The booking process was super easy and the owners were very responsive and helpful in making sure that we could book a slot with super short notice.

We booked a social sauna slot but had the sauna to ourselves for the full hour and I can't thank the owners enough for a wonderful end to our week in Scotland.

5 out of 5 and 10 out of 10 - Highly recommend this to everyone.

This was the best spent Sunday morning in a long time. Beautiful surroundings, lovely run along the coast followed by ice bath and sauna. The two hours flew by. Breakfast in the geodome was delicious yoghurt with fruit and homemade carrot loaf! Can’t recommend this place enough, feel completely re-energised! 😊

I loved my sauna session! I came across this place by a chance when visiting and exploring the area. Booking was really easy and the owners were very responsive. Place is very private, clean and relaxing. If i lived in the area, i would be a regular visitor. Highly recommend!

I did the pop up sauna at Loch Ken. Loved it, plenty of time to dip I the Loch and then go into the sauna several times. Sauna was lovely and hot. All helped by being a gorgeous evening. I will definitely be doing this again.

Brilliant time in the sauna last night. So relaxing but also energising because of the cold bath experience every 15 minutes which amazingly I enjoyed. 😱Definitely going to be a regular thing for me. Bonus was the night sky!

I visited the sauna with my partner to be greeted by the lovely owners. The sauna was a lovely experience in a tranquil location. We were brave and even tried out the cold water bath! I left feeling completely invigorated and will definitely be back. Thank you😊

We absolutely loved our first visit to Sauna at the Sea! The event was really well organised. Everyone was super welcoming and made us feel at ease as soon as we arrived. The setting for the sauna and route for the run is stunning. The sauna itself was bliss and loved a wee refresh in the cold baths. The yummy breakfast topped off a fabulous morning.

What a fabulous addition to the region. We will definitely be back in the future.
