This is a superb converted barn with amazing views and facilities. It is located between Hastings and Rye so is ideally situated to visit local sites of interest. The rooms were spacious and are ideal for going away with family or friends. Would definitely recommend this property.

Had a wonderful week recently at Saunders Oast Barn with my family. The house was immaculate with everything you could wish for and a small concern was quickly sorted out by the owner. The views from the barn are amazing and it was lovely to be greeted in the morning by the resident geese. There are some lovely walks close by too, all in all a great place for a holiday.

We had a wonderful week. Nice bit of space, but close enough to civilization that you can get places without a trek. The view from the back garden is ace, and the snooker table is even acer. Top tip - you can walk to the Two Sawyers from there via Guestling wood in under half an hour.
