I'm going to start with the positive 😀
The b&b was clean and tidy, very spacious, bed was comfy. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative, Tracy the owner showed us to our room, first impression was really good.
I entered the bedroom and could hear water dripping, there is a perspex skylight in the recess, water was leaking from a pipe from the property above, I went to the reception and told Tracy about it, she come back with some padding and a sheet of plastic, we put the padding on the perspex to stop the the sound of the water, which worked, we thought that would be the end of it but no the next night there was a downpour the noise on that perspex was unbearable we couldn't get to sleep because of the noise.
I waited until the rain stopped and went outside to put some padding on the perspex by now it was 00.50 in the morning I managed to stop the noise of the dripping water and managed to get to sleep.
In the morning when we went for breakfast I told Tracy what happened, the reply was sorry about that bless you.
We couldn't get the tv to come on so off I went again to reception Tracy come again and got it working, couldn't get most channels.
Tv was so old it was a wonder it worked at all.
When my wife asked for the WiFi password she was told there was no Internet in that part of the b&b☹️ in my opinion this room should not be let out to the public especially at £130 a night.
The whole apartment needs a major update.
It's such a shame because these things ruined our time here.

Had a great time here. The hostess Tracey was lovely, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was really nice and massive with a great view of the sea. The English breakfast was really good and plentiful. We had booked for two nights but liked it so much that we stayed for a further night. We plan to go back next year.

We loved our weekend in Looe, and so enjoyed our stay here.Tracy was very welcoming, and friendly, the room was spacious very clean, with the most comfortable bed. We felt totally at home, patking right outside our room, amazing views, with the sea just across the road. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was just perfect 👌 only slight little niggle was WiFi wasn't very brilliant, but didn't bother us .

We stayed at Sawyers for two nights. The room was very well laid out, clean and tidy. There was a small lounge area at the front, with a large bedroom area, and bathroom.||The host was lovely, and made us feel very welcome. Our room wasn't on the seafront, but a bit round the corner. There was a private parking space just outside the door.||The breakfasts were well cooked, and hot.||Can not fault this venue.

My wife and I stayed at Sawyer's for a long weekend our Wedding Anniversary and we couldn't fault it ⭐👍|I saw lots of great reviews and then two recent ones which concerned us but turned out to be mainly just incorrect.|The staff were very nice and so helpful.|The room (No 3) was perfect with modern quality furniture, a comfy bed and an amazing shower and bathroom. Big TV, lots of tea, coffee etc, kettle, hairdryer. Nice comfy sofa.. I could go on.|The view from the room is lovely over the sea. The road outside is NOT busy with traffic and you can sit on the chairs outside and people watch.|Breakfast is plentiful, well cooked and lots of choice.|Super location and some great walks. Easy walk into Looe East over the bridge.|We will definitely return !

Honestly can't fault this place. Great location, amazing breakfast every morning, extremely comfy bed and pillows and a nice shower. The room was nice and clean too. Tracey the host was lovely and always made us feel welcome.
Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone

As a group of friends down on a fishing trip we stayed here for 5 nights and had a great stay. Very flexible around breakfast times as the tides dictate when you have to be on the boat and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Brilliant views across the bay with the sun rising over the far headland. Clean and comfy rooms with great breakfast.

Had a very enjoyable stay .Good size room with great bathroom with lovely hot water, Host Tracy and staff were brilliant !!! Certainly would stay again ... p.s. Tracy you deserve a "Oscar" for helping with the crazy stunt we pulled on my sister and brother in law ..... Thanks Valent xxx
